Do you offer discounted pricing?

We do not offer discounts, view our current plans and pricing. Custom pricing is available for high volume, large enterprise and any merchants beyond 25,000 orders per month. Please contact our sales team or schedule a demo.

What is your refund policy?

All our subscription plans offer a 21 day trial period. Our premium plans also include a 60-day refund policy if you are not satisfied or circumstances dictate that you don't need the software anymore. We strive for 100% satisfaction of all our customers. All our plans are month to month and all sales otherwise on previous billing periods are final.

I'm seeing duplicate events in another service -- how to fix?

Please make sure to disable any existing pixel integrations with that service once you have set up our app. This is important to ensure that our app functions properly and there are no conflicts or overlapping functionalities.

I'm seeing duplicate Facebook Events - how to fix?

If you are a current customer who has already onboarded, the most common reason for duplicate Facebook Events is you haven’t disabled the Facebook Sales Channel data sharing, or have another app installed that is also sending Facebook Events.
