1. Free Trial Period

  • Eligibility: All new customers receive a free trial period to explore our services.

  • Usage Limits: Trial usage may be subject to certain limits on total Shopify orders or other metrics., as specified in your subscription plan terms.

2. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Applicability: Select monthly subscription plans offer a 60-day refund guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied within the first 60 days of becoming a paying customer, you may request a full refund. This is applicable only to the initially subscribed plan.
  • Refund Coverage: This guarantee covers only the monthly subscription fees paid within the 60-day window.
  • Exclusions: Charges related to usage overages (see Section 4) are not refundable.

3. Monthly Subscription Fees

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis, as outlined during checkout.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, no pro-rated refunds are provided if you cancel outside the 60-day satisfaction period.

4. Usage Overages

  • Billing Structure: If your plan exceeds its allotted usage limits based on total Shopify orders, additional charges (overages) will apply.
  • Responsibility: It is your responsibility to monitor your usage and understand that overage fees accrue if you surpass your plan’s limits.
  • Non-Refundable: Usage overage charges are not eligible for refunds, even within the 60-day window.

5. Refund Requests

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days, but may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • Shopify Processing Time: Approved refunds through Shopify billing are subject to Shopify App Store refund terms and conditions. Any applicable refunds must be processed through Shopify Billing and processing time may vary based on Shopify Billing Support.

7. Changes to This Policy

  • Revisions: We may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Effective Date: All changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
