Role Overview
As the Digital Marketing Specialist (SaaS) at Upstack Data, you’ll craft and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and fuel our B2B growth. You’ll collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams to optimize campaigns, refine messaging, and measure the results of multi-channel marketing programs. Your ultimate goal is to amplify our reach, tell compelling stories around our solutions, and help shape the future of data-powered marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social, email, and content marketing.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and collaborate with content creators to produce engaging, high-performing marketing collateral.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign data, and derive insights to continuously refine targeting and messaging.
- Marketing Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools to nurture leads, segment audiences, and deliver personalized experiences.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Work cross-functionally to align product positioning, sales enablement, and brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
- Growth Mindset: Stay current on industry trends and emerging platforms, testing new strategies to uncover untapped opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS, showcasing a track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and CRM systems.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting and acting upon data to iterate on strategies, with a thorough understanding of marketing KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, etc.).
- Content & SEO Proficiency: Strong grasp of SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, async environment.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple projects with clear organization and prioritization.
