Common questions

RedTrack vs Upstack: pricing and switching questions

Is RedTrack cheaper than Upstack?

At small ecommerce volumes, yes. RedTrack’s free Relay plan covers one store with UTM-based attribution, and Brand is $99 a month billed monthly for up to $250K a year in tracked revenue. Upstack Attribution + Signal is $199 a month for up to 1,000 orders. RedTrack’s affiliate plans start at $169 a month billed monthly for 5M events.

Where does RedTrack excel?

Paid traffic at volume. Redirect and direct tracking for campaigns, landers and offers, Conversion API on every plan, ad-level spend sync, Stop Rules, smart links, call data from Ringba or Retreaver and a Chrome extension for Meta ads. For affiliates and media buyers, RedTrack is the better tool.

Does RedTrack work with Shopify?

Yes. It has a Shopify app, and its ecommerce plans sync store orders, with multi-touch attribution, cohort and LTV reports on Brand and Agency. Relay, the free plan, covers one store with UTM-based last-click attribution.

Does Upstack track affiliate campaigns or calls?

No. Upstack tracks Shopify and DTC orders and the customer behind them. If you run affiliate offers, landers or pay-per-call campaigns, RedTrack is built for that and we are not.

How does switching work?

Install the app and connect your platforms; we configure the pipeline. Both tools send conversions server-side, so deduplicate while they run side by side. You can keep RedTrack for campaign work either way.
