Comparison

Upstack vs Hyros

Hyros is AI-powered ad tracking built for funnels that close on a sales call, priced on the revenue it tracks and quoted on a setup call. Upstack is tracking, identity resolution and attribution for stores that close at checkout, priced per order with every band published. Which one fits depends mostly on where your sale happens.

Common questions

Upstack vs Hyros, answered.

Is Hyros or Upstack better for ecommerce?

For a store where the sale closes at checkout, Upstack: it is built around the order, publishes its price per order and is listed on the Shopify App Store. For a funnel where the sale closes on a call, Hyros, because it tracks leads through booked calls and closed deals and we do not.

Does Upstack track phone calls?

No. We do not track booked calls or attribute closed deals in a CRM. If your revenue closes on calls, Hyros does that and we would point you to it.

How does the pricing actually compare?

Hyros has one plan, priced on the revenue it tracks, and gives you the exact figure on a setup call. Its older pricing page, still live, lists annual-plan rates from $69 a month for up to $5,000 in tracked monthly revenue to $1,499 for up to $750,000. Upstack publishes every band: Attribution + Signal, which covers tracking, the Conversions API and attribution, is $199 up to 1,000 orders, $349 up to 3,000 and $499 up to 10,000, month to month. A store with 3,000 orders at a $100 average order would sit in Hyros’s $1,499 tier.

Does Hyros work with Shopify?

Yes. Hyros connects to Shopify with one click from its dashboard and has a free Shopify App Store app, which had no reviews when we checked. Upstack installs from the App Store too, and is configured for you.

What does Upstack not do that Hyros does?

Call tracking, CRM deal attribution, an AI analyst on your account, and AI-driven email and SMS remarketing. If those are what you are buying, Hyros is the better fit.

Can I run both?

Yes. Some brands keep Hyros for call tracking and use Upstack for store tracking and the Conversions API. Decide which tool sends each event to Meta, so no purchase is counted twice.

How long does switching take?

Under 20 minutes of your time. Install the app or connect your store, connect your platforms, and we configure the Conversions API, identity resolution and attribution for you.
