RedTrack Review (2026): What RedTrack Is, How It Tracks, Pricing, Pros and Cons

RedTrack is a cloud ad tracker built for affiliates, media buyers and lead-gen teams, with a newer set of plans for ecommerce and DTC brands. Its strengths are published prices, a Conversion API to eight ad platforms on every paid plan, and rules that pause and scale ads. Its weak spots are a mixed support record, prices that change with promotions and revenue tiers, and a Shopify app with no reviews yet.

For other options, see our guide to 7 RedTrack alternatives; for every plan and add-on, our RedTrack pricing guide. This review is based on RedTrack's own pricing page, product pages and help docs, its Shopify App Store listing and its Trustpilot reviews, all checked on October 24, 2026. Upstack competes with RedTrack for Shopify and DTC brands, so we've stuck to what RedTrack publishes and what its users say.

What is RedTrack?

RedTrack is a cloud ad tracking and automation platform. Its pricing page describes two audiences: affiliates and lead-gen teams, on plans sized by events, and ecommerce and DTC brands, on plans sized by annual tracked revenue. It runs in the cloud, so there's no server to host, unlike self-hosted trackers.

RedTrack's Shopify App Store listing names the developer as Redtrack Technologies LTD, with an address in Nicosia, Cyprus, and its claimed Trustpilot profile, registered in January 2018, lists an address in Vilnius, Lithuania. On its pricing page, RedTrack says it's trusted by 5,000+ media buyers, tracked an average of $275 million in ad spend and 3 billion events a month in 2026, and had 99.9% uptime this year. It also calls itself an official Meta Business Partner. Those are RedTrack's own figures.

How does RedTrack work?

Tracking

RedTrack supports redirect tracking, where a click passes through the tracker on its way to a lander or offer, and direct (no-redirect) tracking with a script on your site. Its pricing page describes the tracking as cookieless and server-side. Every paid plan includes unlimited campaigns, landers, offers, traffic sources and affiliate networks, plus smart links, traffic distribution, filters, day parting, an Account Health Centre and access to raw logs.

For affiliate offers, conversions come back from the network by postback. For stores, RedTrack syncs orders from the store platform; its ecommerce page lists native setup on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce and custom stacks.

Sending conversions back to ad platforms

Every paid plan includes RedTrack's Conversion API, which sends conversions server-side to ad platforms. The ecommerce page lists Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Bing, Snapchat, Pinterest and OpenAI. RedTrack also syncs ad-level spend: every 60 minutes on Solo and Brand, every 30 minutes on Team and Agency, and every 15 or 5 minutes as a paid add-on.

Rules and automation

Stop Rules, which pause losing ads, come with every plan. Scale Rules, which raise budgets on winners, and Ads Manager, which lets you change bids and budgets from inside RedTrack, are included on Enterprise and sold as add-ons below it. The affiliate plans also include a Chrome extension for Meta ads, a mobile app, AI Copilot, and MCP and API access.

Attribution

RedTrack offers first touch, last touch, linear and U-shaped models, documented in its help center. On the ecommerce track, multi-touch attribution and the customer journey, cohort, LTV and product reports start on the paid Brand plan; the free Relay plan reports UTM-based last click only.

Call tracking

RedTrack's call tracking page describes native Ringba and Retreaver integrations. The call platform passes the call and its payout to RedTrack with the original click ID, the call appears as a conversion with cost attached, and RedTrack can send it to Meta or Google through the Conversion API. That suits pay-per-call affiliate offers more than sales calls your own team runs.

Setup: what to expect

Solo includes a 30-minute onboarding session, and Team adds a one-hour setup session. For affiliates moving from another tracker, RedTrack assigns a migration rep to move campaigns, domains and postbacks, and offers up to 4 months off an annual plan for prepaid time left on the tracker you're leaving.

On the ecommerce track, RedTrack describes a five-minute install on each supported store platform, and the Brand plan includes guided setup. Campaigns, domains and integrations you build during the 14-day trial carry over when you subscribe.

Plan a parallel run either way: point a share of traffic or one store at RedTrack, compare conversions against your network or store for a week, then decide which tool sends conversions to each ad platform so Meta and Google don't receive duplicates.

How much does RedTrack cost?

In short, per its pricing page on October 24, 2026:

  • Affiliates and lead gen: Solo $169 a month billed monthly for 5 million events, Team $399 for 20 million and Enterprise $999 for 75 million, with overage from $0.04 down to $0.025 per 1,000 events.
  • Ecommerce and DTC: Relay is free for one store. Brand starts at $99 a month for up to $250,000 in annual tracked revenue and rises with revenue, to $799 at $7.5 million to $10 million. Agency starts at $599.

Our RedTrack pricing guide has every tier, add-on and worked cost.

RedTrack reviews: what users say

RedTrack holds 3.9 stars from 33 reviews on Trustpilot, checked October 24, 2026. The split is polarized: 64% five-star and 30% one-star, with 12 reviews in the last 12 months. The profile is claimed and has replied to 100% of negative reviews, and Trustpilot notes RedTrack hasn't invited customers to review recently.

What reviewers praise:

  • Support in Telegram. Two five-star reviewers mention a responsive Telegram support group.
  • Uptime and stability. One reviewer who has run custom smartlinks on it for over five years says they can't remember any downtime.
  • Accuracy and the Facebook Conversion API. One reviewer describes the tracking as accurate and the CAPI and postback setup as straightforward.
  • Agency use. A July 2026 reviewer running media buying for several clients picked it after a trial and a demo, though they noted a learning curve.

What critics say:

  • Report exports. A media buyer couldn't export a three-day report with four grouping parameters and waited over 30 hours for a live-chat reply. RedTrack's support lead replied asking for account details.
  • Sales outreach. One reviewer complained about repeated contact by Telegram and WhatsApp after sharing details.
  • Trust. A one-line review called it a company you can't trust, without detail; RedTrack replied asking what happened.

On the Shopify App Store, RedTrack's listing launched on April 13, 2026 and had no reviews when we checked. RedTrack's pricing page shows a 4.5 rating on G2, which we didn't verify.

Where RedTrack beats Upstack

Upstack is our product, and RedTrack does several things it doesn't:

  • Affiliate and arbitrage tracking. RedTrack handles redirect tracking, smart links, lander rotation, traffic distribution and postbacks from affiliate networks. Upstack has none of these.
  • Rules that act on your ads. Stop Rules and Scale Rules pause and scale campaigns automatically. Upstack reports; it doesn't change your campaigns.
  • Pay-per-call offers. RedTrack's Ringba and Retreaver integrations turn calls into conversions. Upstack doesn't track calls.
  • A free plan. Relay sends one store's server-side conversions for free. Upstack's plans are paid, from $99 a month for Attribution.

Where Upstack fits better is a Shopify or DTC store that wants attribution and identity on the same data: Upstack resolves visitors against an identity graph of 750M+ devices and 150M+ customers using deterministic and probabilistic matching, holds identity for the life of the customer, and prices per order, month to month.

Is RedTrack worth it?

Our take. For affiliates, lead-gen teams and media buyers, yes: RedTrack is one of the better-value trackers we've checked, with a Conversion API and rules on the entry plan and published prices throughout. For Shopify and DTC brands, it's a reasonable choice if you also run paid traffic the way a media buyer does, and Relay is a free way to get server-side events to Meta and Google. If you want detailed store attribution, test Brand's reports during the trial and price it at the revenue tier you'll be on in a year, not today's.
