RedTrack vs Hyros vs FunnelFlux (2026): Ad Attribution Reliability, Calls and Pricing Compared

RedTrack is a self-serve ad tracker for affiliates, lead-gen teams and DTC brands: published prices, a 14-day free trial, server-side conversions to ad platforms on every plan, and call data through Ringba or Retreaver. Hyros is sales attribution for businesses that own their product, built around funnels and booked calls, with a setup team and a price quoted on a call. FunnelFlux, the third name in this search, is a visual funnel tracker for affiliate marketers.

For this RedTrack vs Hyros comparison, a companion to our guide to 10 Hyros alternatives, we checked RedTrack, Hyros and FunnelFlux against their own pricing pages, product pages, help docs and terms on October 24, 2026. Upstack is our product and comes up once, near the end, with its limits stated. If none of these fit, that guide covers the wider field, and our Hyros review covers Hyros on its own.

How do RedTrack and Hyros track conversions?

RedTrack supports both redirect tracking, the classic affiliate setup where the click passes through the tracker, and direct tracking with a script on your site. Its pricing page lists cookieless, server-side tracking, ad-level cost syncing and a Conversion API to ad platforms on every paid plan. For affiliate offers, conversions come back by postback with RedTrack's click ID; for stores, RedTrack syncs orders from your platform.

Hyros uses AI Swarm tracking: your first-party live and historic data, combined with third-party signals, patterns from across the Hyros network and a device fingerprint, to recognize the same buyer across devices and sessions. It reads sales from your connected checkout, CRM and booking tools, and its setup team configures the integrations with you.

RedTrack is closer to the traffic: clicks, costs and postbacks, minute by minute. Hyros is closer to the money: which ad a buyer came from, even when the sale lands weeks later on a call.

Which is more reliable for ad attribution?

This is the question behind most "RedTrack vs Hyros vs FunnelFlux" searches, and none of the three publishes an independent accuracy test. Their claims are their own: Hyros says on its call tracking page that it's proven to increase ROAS 10 to 20%, and RedTrack's pricing page reports 99.9% uptime in 2026.

Reliability depends on how the conversion reaches the tool:

  • Click-ID postbacks (RedTrack, FunnelFlux): very reliable when your offer or network fires the postback correctly, and blind when it doesn't. Good for affiliate offers where the network owns the sale.
  • Direct connections to where the sale lands (Hyros, and RedTrack's ecommerce order sync): reliable for counting sales, because they read the checkout or CRM rather than waiting for a pixel.
  • Cross-device matching (Hyros's fingerprint and network signals): helps credit sales that start on one device and finish on another, which postbacks alone can miss.

The only test that counts is your own:

  1. Run the tool for two to four weeks alongside your current setup.
  2. Compare its attributed sales with your source of truth: network payouts, your checkout or your CRM.
  3. Spot-check individual sales: does the tool show the ad you'd expect?

Attribution models compared

RedTrack offers first touch, last touch, linear and U-shaped models, documented in its attribution modelling guide, with U-shaped giving 40% of credit to the first click. Its free ecommerce Relay plan is last-click only, based on UTMs; multi-touch starts on the paid Brand plan.

Hyros documents last click, first click and the Scientific report, which merges the two and credits each sale to the source that played the biggest part over the time frame you choose.

For affiliate campaigns, last touch is often all that matters, since the network pays on the final click. For high-ticket funnels, first click shows which ad brought the lead in. Our guide to first click vs last click attribution explains when each kind of model helps.

Call tracking

Both handle calls, in different ways.

  • RedTrack's call tracking has native Ringba and Retreaver integrations: the call platform passes the call and its payout to RedTrack with the original click ID, the call appears as a conversion with cost attached, and RedTrack sends it to Meta or Google through the Conversion API. It suits pay-per-call affiliate offers.
  • Hyros is built for booked calls in a sales process. Its call tracking page lists one-click integrations with Calendly, CallRail, iClosed and HubSpot, and ties each booked call, close and recurring retainer back to the ad that started the journey.

If your calls are pay-per-call offers, RedTrack fits. If they're sales calls your team runs, Hyros fits.

RedTrack vs Hyros pricing

RedTrack publishes every price on its pricing page, on two tracks.

PlanBilled monthlyWhat's included
Solo (affiliates)$169/mo5M events a month, 1 user
Team (affiliates)$399/mo20M events, 5 users, Creative Analytics
Enterprise (affiliates)$999/mo75M events, 15 users, Scale Rules and Ads Manager
Relay (ecommerce)Free1 store, server-side CAPI, order sync, UTM last-click only
Brand (ecommerce)$99/moUp to $250K in annual tracked revenue, 3 stores, multi-touch
Agency (ecommerce)$599/moUnlimited stores and users

When we checked, a Black Friday offer took 30% off the 12-month price on annual plans (Solo at $1,420 a year). Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial, and RedTrack's call tracking page says no credit card is needed. Ecommerce tiers rise with tracked revenue.

Hyros has one plan with everything included (a setup team, an AI analyst, full tracking and a Claude MCP interface), quoted on a 15-minute setup call, with a guarantee that your ads grow or you don't pay, per its pricing page. An older Hyros pricing page, still live, starts at $69 a month for up to $5,000 in tracked monthly revenue; our Hyros pricing guide has the full tier table. Hyros's terms renew orders automatically unless you cancel at least 30 days before the term ends, and refund requests must be made in writing within 90 days of the first charge.

Where FunnelFlux fits

FunnelFlux is a third option some media buyers compare with these two. Its site describes it as a funnel tracker for performance marketers: you draw campaigns in a visual funnel builder (traffic, rotators, landers, offers) and track each click, conversion and commission in real time. It supports server-to-server postbacks for offers that can't load a pixel, up to 10 custom events you can forward to traffic sources, and reports that pull delivery and cost data from Facebook and Google Ads. It offers a 14-day free trial; we didn't find a price on its own site when we checked.

FunnelFlux competes with RedTrack and Voluum more than with Hyros: it's built for affiliate funnels, not for product owners' sales and calls. Our RedTrack vs Voluum comparison covers the trackers side by side, and our Voluum vs Hyros comparison covers the same tracker-versus-attribution split.

When neither is the right fit

Shopify brands that want server-side events to Meta and order-level attribution on a per-order price sometimes find RedTrack's affiliate heritage and Hyros's funnel focus both a step away from what they need.

Upstack Data, our product, is built for Shopify and DTC brands. Upstack Signal sends server-side events to Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit and Microsoft Ads, matched against an identity graph of 750M+ devices and 150M+ customers with deterministic and probabilistic matching. Upstack Attribution reports first-click, last-click and any-click attribution. Attribution is $99 a month for up to 1,000 orders and Attribution + Signal is $199, month to month, with a 21-day free trial and a 60-day 4x ROI guarantee.

Upstack doesn't track phone calls, doesn't route affiliate traffic, and doesn't do MMM or incrementality testing.

Frequently asked questions

Is RedTrack better than Hyros?

For affiliates, media buyers and pay-per-call offers, RedTrack fits better: published prices, a free trial, rules that act on your ads and server-side conversions on every paid plan. For businesses that own their product and close on booked calls, Hyros fits better.

Is RedTrack cheaper than Hyros?

RedTrack publishes its prices: Solo is $169 a month billed monthly, and the ecommerce Relay plan is free. Hyros quotes on a call; its older pricing page starts at $69 a month for up to $5,000 in tracked monthly revenue and rises with revenue.

Which is more accurate, RedTrack, Hyros or FunnelFlux?

None publishes an independent accuracy test. Click-ID postbacks are reliable when networks fire them correctly; tools connected to your checkout or CRM count sales directly. Run any of them next to your source of truth for a few weeks before you decide.

Does RedTrack track phone calls?

Yes, through native Ringba and Retreaver integrations, or any call platform that can post back RedTrack's click ID. Calls appear as conversions and can be sent to Meta or Google through the Conversion API.

What is FunnelFlux?

A visual funnel tracker for performance marketers: you draw campaigns in a funnel builder and track clicks, conversions and commissions in real time. It offers a 14-day free trial.

Can I switch from Hyros to RedTrack?

Yes, but check your Hyros renewal date first. Its terms renew orders automatically unless you cancel at least 30 days before the term ends. Run RedTrack alongside Hyros before moving which tool sends conversions to your ad platforms.
