RedTrack vs Voluum (2026): Pricing, Conversion API, Automation and Tracking for Media Buyers
RedTrack costs less for the same number of events, and it includes a Conversion API for eight ad platforms on every plan: Solo is $169 a month for 5 million events. Voluum costs more for the same events ($349 a month for 5 million on Scale) and only includes Conversion API postbacks from its $1,999 Enterprise plan, but it scales to 500 million events and bundles an anti-fraud kit on every plan.
Both trackers appear in the affiliates and media buyers group of our Hyros alternatives guide. For this RedTrack vs Voluum comparison, we checked both against their own pricing pages and Trustpilot profiles on October 24, 2026. Upstack is our product; it isn't built for affiliate media buying, and we say where it fits at the end.

How do RedTrack and Voluum track?
Both are cloud ad trackers built for the same job: you send paid traffic through campaign links, track clicks and conversions across landing pages and offers, and get conversions back from affiliate networks by postback. Neither needs your own server.
RedTrack offers redirect and direct (no-redirect) tracking, and describes its tracking as cookieless and server-side. Every plan includes unlimited campaigns, landers, offers, traffic sources and affiliate networks, plus smart links, traffic distribution, filters, day parting and raw logs, per its pricing page.
Voluum offers direct tracking and three redirect modes, impression and organic traffic tracking, multi-step funnels and postbacks for custom conversions. Its FAQ says it has templates for 50+ traffic sources and 40+ affiliate networks, and counts an event as any visit, click, conversion or impression. Plans cap active campaigns, landing pages, offers and traffic sources, from 20 active campaigns on Profit to 400 on Enterprise.
The practical difference for a media buyer: RedTrack doesn't cap campaigns at any price, while on Voluum the number of live campaigns you run decides your plan as much as your event volume.
Conversion API and ad-platform integrations
This is where the two differ most. RedTrack includes its Conversion API on every plan, sending conversions server-side to eight ad platforms, and syncs ad-level spend at any ad spend, every 60 minutes on Solo and every 30 on Team. Faster sync, every 15 or 5 minutes, is an add-on priced by your monthly ad spend.
Voluum's plan table shows "Conversion API postback for major traffic platforms" as unavailable on its Individual plans and on Business Start-up, an add-on on Agency, and included from Enterprise. Its auto-rules and API integrations with Meta, Google Ads and TikTok run through Automizer, which includes an allowance of ad spend in each plan ($1,000 on Profit and Scale, up to $65,000 on Enterprise) and charges above it.
RedTrack's pricing page claims Voluum's CAPI add-on costs $999 a month. That's RedTrack's figure; Voluum's own page doesn't publish the add-on price, so ask Voluum for a quote if you need it on Agency.
If your traffic is mostly Meta, Google and TikTok and you want conversions sent back to them, RedTrack gives you that on the entry plan. If you buy mostly native, push or pop traffic and rely on S2S postbacks to the traffic source, Voluum's lack of CAPI below Enterprise matters less.
RedTrack vs Voluum pricing
RedTrack (affiliates and lead gen plans, billed monthly):
| Plan | Price | Events | Users | Overage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | $169/mo | 5M | 1 | $0.04 per 1K |
| Team | $399/mo | 20M | 5 | $0.035 per 1K |
| Enterprise | $999/mo | 75M | 15 | $0.025 per 1K |
| Custom | Quoted | 100M+ | 25+ | Quoted |
On annual billing the page currently shows $1,420 a year for Solo ($118 a month), $3,352 for Team and $8,392 for Enterprise, which includes a time-limited Black Friday discount of 30% off the 12-month price. Going over your events doesn't stop tracking; you pay the overage, and if you stay above the allowance RedTrack moves you up a plan the next billing period. It also offers up to 4 months off an annual plan to cover prepaid time left on a tracker you're leaving.
Voluum splits plans into Individual and Business:
| Plan | Monthly | Billed annually | Events | Overage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Profit | $149/mo | $119/mo | 1M | $0.06 per 1K |
| Scale | $349/mo | $299/mo | 5M | $0.05 per 1K |
| Start-up | $599/mo | $539/mo | 10M | $0.05 per 1K |
| Agency | $999/mo | $799/mo | 25M | $0.035 per 1K |
| Enterprise | $1,999/mo | $1,599/mo | 60M | $0.03 per 1K |
| Corporate | $4,999/mo | $3,999/mo | 200M | Not shown |
| Executive | $9,999/mo | $7,999/mo | 500M | Not shown |
Voluum says you can cancel any time, with the plan active until the end of the billing cycle, and annual deals can run two to four years.
What a media buyer pays at three sizes
| Setup | RedTrack | Voluum |
|---|---|---|
| Solo buyer, 5M events | Solo, $169/mo, CAPI included | Scale, $349/mo, no CAPI |
| Team of 5, about 20M events | Team, $399/mo, 5 users | Agency, $999/mo for 25M events, CAPI as an add-on |
| Larger team, 60M to 75M events | Enterprise, $999/mo for 75M events | Enterprise, $1,999/mo for 60M events, CAPI included |

Voluum's advantage is at the top end, where its Corporate and Executive plans publish prices for 200 million and 500 million events.

RedTrack's pricing page also cites a 4.5 rating on G2, which we didn't check.
Voluum has 2.9 stars from 103 reviews on Trustpilot, on a claimed profile that hasn't replied to negative reviews. Critical reviews cite its no-refund policy and being asked to upgrade to keep MCP access; positive ones praise long-term reliability and dedicated account managers.

Frequently asked questions
Is RedTrack cheaper than Voluum?
Yes, for the same number of events. For 5 million events, RedTrack Solo is $169 a month billed monthly and Voluum Scale is $349. For a team of five at about 20 million events, RedTrack Team is $399 and Voluum Agency is $999.
RedTrack.io vs Voluum for media buyers: which is better?
For media buyers on Meta, Google and TikTok, RedTrack, because its Conversion API and ad-level spend sync come with every plan. For buyers running very high volumes of native, push or pop traffic who want anti-fraud tooling built in, Voluum.
Does Voluum have a Conversion API?
Yes, from its Enterprise plan ($1,999 a month billed monthly), and as an add-on on Agency. Voluum's Individual plans and Business Start-up don't include Conversion API postbacks to ad platforms.
Does Voluum have a free trial?
Its pricing page doesn't list one. RedTrack offers a 14-day trial with every add-on unlocked.
Can I move my campaigns from Voluum to RedTrack?
Yes. RedTrack assigns a migration rep to move campaigns, domains and postbacks, and offers up to 4 months off an annual plan for prepaid time left on your current tracker. Going the other way, Voluum says every plan includes automatic campaign migration from your old tracker.
What happens if I go over my event limit?
Neither stops tracking. RedTrack charges overage per 1,000 events and moves you to the matching plan if you stay above it. Voluum charges overage per 1,000 events, from $0.06 on Profit to $0.03 on Enterprise.
When you sell your own products instead
RedTrack and Voluum are built for affiliate and arbitrage campaigns: rotating landers and offers, collecting postbacks from networks and pausing losing traffic. If you sell your own products on a Shopify or DTC store, the questions change: which campaign brought a profitable first order, what that customer is worth over time, and whether Meta and Google see every purchase.
That's what Upstack Data, our product, is for. Upstack Attribution reports first-click, last-click and any-click attribution with margin and LTV reporting, from $99 a month for up to 1,000 orders, and Attribution + Signal adds server-side events to the ad platforms from $199. It has no traffic distribution, smart links, lander rotation or affiliate-network postbacks, so it doesn't replace either tracker for media buying. Our Upstack vs Hyros comparison covers how it differs from a tracker built around funnels and calls.
