Hyros Pricing (2026): Plans, Costs, Contract Terms and the Guarantee

Hyros has one plan, priced on the revenue it tracks for you, and its main pricing page shows no prices: you get a quote on a 15-minute setup call. An older Hyros pricing page that's still live lists $69 a month for up to $5,000 in tracked monthly revenue, rising to $1,499 a month for up to $750,000, with custom pricing above $1M. Contracts auto-renew unless you cancel 30 days before the term ends.

Hyros is an ad tracking platform for advertisers running paid ads on Meta (Facebook ads), Google and other ad platforms; our Hyros review covers what it does. Every figure here was checked against Hyros's own pricing pages, terms of service and help docs on October 22, 2026. If you're pricing a switch, our comparison of 10 Hyros alternatives puts these numbers next to tools with published pricing.

How much does Hyros cost?

Hyros's main pricing page says your price is "sized to what we track for you" and quotes it on a call. An older Hyros pricing page, still live and linked from some Hyros product pages, shows the tiers behind that quote:

Tracked monthly revenueListed pricePrice as a share of revenue (at the top of the tier)
Up to $5,000$69 a month1.4%
Up to $10,000$129 a month1.3%
Up to $20,000$230 a month1.2%
Up to $40,000$353 a month0.9%
Up to $83,000$583 a month0.7%
Up to $250,000$999 a month0.4%
Up to $750,000$1,499 a month0.2%
$1M and upCustomn/a

Two things to know about those numbers:

  • They're annual-plan rates. Hyros's archived pricing page shows the $230 tier as "$230 / per month w/annual plan", and Hyros's own blog comparisons from 2026 give the same tier as $230 a month on an annual plan or $379 billed monthly.
  • They may not be your quote. The page carries an expired "Pre-Black Friday" banner, and the main pricing page has replaced it with a call. Treat the table as Hyros's last published list, then ask for your price in writing.

So the short answer: about $230 a month on an annual plan for a business tracking up to $20,000 a month, scaling to $1,499 for up to $750,000, with the exact figure set on the call.

What Hyros costs for three example businesses

Example businessTracked revenue a monthHyros tierPer monthPer yearShare of revenue
Coaching funnel$18,000Up to $20,000$230$2,7601.3%
Course business$75,000Up to $83,000$583$6,9960.8%
Online store: 3,000 orders at $100$300,000Up to $750,000$1,499$17,9880.5%

These use the annual-plan rates from Hyros's older pricing page; monthly billing costs more. For the online store, the comparable per-order plan, Upstack Attribution + Signal for 3,000 orders a month, is listed on our pricing page. It covers tracking, the Conversions API and attribution, but not the call tracking Hyros includes.

How does Hyros pricing work?

Five rules from Hyros's pricing pages, terms and FAQ decide what you pay:

  1. Price follows tracked revenue. Hyros's pricing FAQ says the price "follows the revenue we track for you," and its older pricing page sets tiers by monthly tracked revenue. It's not tied to ad spend or seats, so media buyers who scale paid traffic without raising revenue stay in the same tier. Ask on the call which sales count toward it, such as organic or offline sales.
  2. One plan, everything included. What Hyros offers in that plan: a setup team, an AI analyst on your account, full tracking and ad data, attribution reports that follow customer journeys across ads, emails and calls, and an MCP connection for querying your data from Claude or ChatGPT.
  3. Hyros has a minimum. Its affiliate page says it only accepts customers spending at least $5,000 a month on ads.
  4. Enterprise starts at scale. Hyros's Enterprise page is for businesses at $1 million a month in revenue, with custom dashboards and tools built for you, plus SSO, audit logs and security reviews.
  5. The term is set in your order and renews automatically. More on that below.

Hyros contract, renewal and refund terms

Hyros's terms of service (revised July 1, 2026) are stricter than most tracking tools in this category:

  • Auto-renewal. After the initial term, your order renews automatically for a period equal to that term, unless you tell Hyros you're cancelling at least 30 days before it expires.
  • Price changes at renewal. Hyros may change pricing or services at the start of each new term.
  • Refund window. Refund requests must be made in writing within 90 days of the first charge.
  • Renewal refunds. If a renewal charge goes through after you meant to cancel, you have three days from that charge to ask for a refund in writing.
  • Chargebacks. Disputing a charge with your card provider ends your eligibility for a refund.

Put your renewal date and the 30-day notice date in your calendar the day you sign. Refunds and cancelling are the most common complaints in Hyros's one-star reviews.

What does the Hyros guarantee actually cover?

Hyros's guarantee wording varies by page:

  • The pricing FAQ: better ad ROI, and "if you're not satisfied, you don't pay."
  • The homepage: results "measured on real sales, not platform-reported numbers."
  • The affiliate page: if customers don't see gains, they don't pay, under a 90-day guarantee.
  • The agency page: 20% to 30% more ad scale for each client, or it's free.

The terms of service don't define how "better ROI" is measured or who measures it. The enforceable part we found is the refund clause: a written request within 90 days of your first charge. If the guarantee matters to your decision, ask Hyros to write the metric, the baseline and the time window into your order.

Hyros AIR pricing

AIR (AI Remarketing) is a separate Hyros product: it recognizes site visitors through Hyros's network, then sends them personalized email and SMS. It's priced on usage, not tracked revenue. The AIR pricing page lists:

  • $0.10 per message on average
  • A minimum of 500 messages a month, which works out to about $50 a month
  • A 90-day money-back guarantee

Several third-party articles mix AIR's usage pricing into Hyros's tracking price, which is one reason the figures you'll find online disagree.

Hyros pricing for agencies

Hyros's archived pricing page has an Agency tab with a custom price "based on the amount of clients." Hyros also runs a referral program for agencies: its agency page advertises 40% of referred clients' billing "for life," and its partner tiers start lower and rise with the number of clients you refer. AIR has its own agency account, which requires at least three clients.

If you're an agency, ask for two things on the call: the price per client account, and whether your referral commission is paid on clients you also manage.

Hyros prices you'll see elsewhere, and why they differ

Search for Hyros pricing and you'll find figures from $69 to over $5,000 a month. Most of the gap comes from four things:

  • Different eras. Older articles describe "Organic" and "Paid Traffic" plans priced around $99 and $199 to $297 a month. Those plans aren't on any current Hyros page. Hyros's own 2026 blog posts still mention a $49-a-month organic-only tier that doesn't appear on its pricing pages.
  • Monthly vs annual billing. The $230 to $1,499 ladder is the annual-plan rate. Monthly-billed figures for the same tiers run roughly 30% to 65% higher, which is why competitor comparison pages quote figures like $379, $399 or $459 a month.
  • Tracked revenue tiers. A business tracking $500,000 a month and one tracking $15,000 can both be told "Hyros costs $X," and both be right for their tier.
  • AIR. Its per-message pricing is a separate bill that some articles fold into the tracking price.

The only figure that counts is the one in your order, so get it in writing along with the term and renewal date.

Is Hyros worth the price?

Hyros's price falls as a share of revenue as you grow: about 1.2% of tracked revenue at $20,000 a month, and about 0.2% at $750,000. Whether it's worth it depends more on your sales model than on that percentage.

If you...Hyros is usually...
Spend less than $5,000 a month on adsNot an option; Hyros doesn't accept you
Close sales on booked calls, webinars or high-ticket offersWorth pricing, because call and lead tracking is its strength
Sell courses or coaching through long funnelsWorth pricing, for the same reason
Run an online store where the sale closes at checkoutWorth comparing with per-order and flat-priced tools, which often cost less for the same tracking and multi-touch attribution
Need to cancel on short noticeA poor fit, because of the auto-renewing term and 30-day notice

Questions to ask on the Hyros pricing call

Because Hyros quotes on a call, the call is where the price is set. Go in with these questions and ask for the answers in your order:

  1. Which revenue counts as tracked? Organic sales, offline sales, refunds and repeat purchases can all change your tier.
  2. What's my price billed monthly and billed annually? The listed tiers are annual-plan rates.
  3. How long is the term, and when is my renewal date? You need to give notice 30 days before it.
  4. What happens if my revenue moves into the next tier mid-term? Ask whether the price changes immediately or at renewal.
  5. How is the guarantee measured? Ask for the metric, the baseline and the time window in writing.
  6. Are there setup or onboarding fees? Ask whether setup by Hyros's team is included in the quote.
  7. Is AIR included? It's billed separately, per message.
  8. How will we check tracking accuracy? Agree how Hyros's numbers will be compared with your checkout, CRM or ad accounts in the first weeks.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Hyros cost per month?

Hyros's older pricing page, still live, lists $69 a month for up to $5,000 in tracked monthly revenue, $230 for up to $20,000 and $1,499 for up to $750,000, on annual plans. Its main pricing page shows no prices and quotes yours on a setup call.

Is Hyros pricing based on revenue or ad spend?

Revenue. Hyros prices its plan on the revenue Hyros tracks for you each month, not on your ad spend. It does require you to spend at least $5,000 a month on ads to become a customer.

Does Hyros have a free trial?

Hyros doesn't advertise a free trial of its tracking product. Its terms allow a trial when your order specifies one, and service continues automatically after it ends unless you cancel. Its AIR remarketing product lists a free trial. Ask on the setup call if you want one written into your order.

Can you cancel Hyros at any time?

Not mid-term. Your order renews automatically for the same length of term unless you cancel at least 30 days before it ends. Refund requests must be made in writing within 90 days of the first charge, and within three days of a renewal charge you meant to avoid.

Does Hyros have a money-back guarantee?

Hyros promises better ad ROI or you don't pay, and several pages describe a 90-day guarantee. Its terms don't define how ROI is measured; the enforceable part is a written refund request within 90 days of your first charge. Get the guarantee's metric and baseline written into your order.

How much does Hyros cost for agencies?

Hyros prices agency accounts by the number of client accounts and quotes them on a call. Agencies can also earn up to 40% of referred clients' billing through Hyros's partner program.

How much does Hyros cost per year?

On the annual-plan rates from Hyros's older pricing page, about $2,760 a year for up to $20,000 in monthly tracked revenue, $6,996 for up to $83,000, and $17,988 for up to $750,000. Your quote may differ, and monthly billing costs more.

Is there a minimum ad spend for Hyros?

Yes. Hyros says it only accepts customers spending at least $5,000 a month on ads.
