10 Hyros Alternatives Compared (2026): For Call Funnels, Affiliates and Ecommerce

The best Hyros alternative depends on why you're leaving. If you need call tracking with a published price, Ruler Analytics has it built in. For info products and coaching funnels, SegMetrics starts at $57 a month with a free trial. For affiliate and media-buying campaigns, RedTrack and ClickMagick. For online stores, Upstack prices per order, and Triple Whale suits brands that want BI and an AI agent.

We checked every price, plan, call-tracking claim and contract term for these alternatives to Hyros on each vendor's own pricing page, help docs or app listing on October 22, 2026. Upstack is our product and appears in the ecommerce group, with its limitations listed as plainly as everyone else's. If Hyros still fits after reading this, we say when.

Why do people look for Hyros alternatives?

Hyros does its core job well for the businesses it's built for, and many of its customers stay: it holds a 4.9 TrustScore from 695 reviews on Trustpilot. The reasons people leave are consistent:

  • No published price. Hyros's main pricing page quotes on a call. An older page, still live, lists $69 to $1,499 a month by tracked revenue on annual plans. Our Hyros pricing guide explains the tiers.
  • Auto-renewing terms. Hyros's terms renew your order for the same term unless you cancel at least 30 days before it ends, and refund requests must be in writing within 90 days of the first charge.
  • A spending floor. Hyros only accepts customers spending at least $5,000 a month on ads.
  • Refunds and support. Of the 20 one-star reviews on Trustpilot's first page, 10 of 20 (50%) mention refunds or cancelling and 9 of 20 (45%) mention support.
  • Ecommerce fit. For a store where the sale closes at checkout, Hyros's call and lead tracking is capability you pay for but don't use.

How we compared these tools

Each tool was checked on the same six questions: what the price is based on and what the lowest published price is; whether it tracks phone calls, natively or through a partner; which ad platforms receive conversions back; which attribution models it offers; whether you can try it before paying, and on what contract; and who should skip it. Everything comes from vendor pricing pages, help docs and app listings, checked October 22, 2026. Where a vendor publishes no price we say "quoted," and we left out G2 ratings because G2 blocked us from checking its live pages. For background on the model names, see our guide to first click vs last click attribution.

Hyros alternatives for call-based and high-ticket funnels

These four are the closest to Hyros's core: funnels where a lead, a call or a CRM deal sits between the ad click and the revenue, and marketing teams need to see the full customer journeys behind each sale.

1. Ruler Analytics: built-in call tracking for lead generation

Our take. Ruler is the closest thing here to Hyros for businesses that sell over the phone. It's the only other tool with call tracking built in, and its CRM integrations cover HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign and GoHighLevel. The trade-off is price and access: plans start at $400 a month by website visits, and you get a demo rather than a trial.

Skip it if you sell courses or digital products through funnel builders rather than through a sales team.

How it tracks, attribution, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Lead-generation businesses with phone calls, a CRM and longer sales cycles.
How it tracks
Ruler has its own dynamic call tracking and also integrates with CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics and Invoca, per its pricing page. It sends closed revenue back to Google Ads and TikTok, and says it sends it to Meta and Microsoft too.
Attribution
First click, last click, linear, time decay, position-based, and data-driven with impressions from the Medium plan up. Marketing mix modeling (also called media mix modeling) is included on the Advanced plan, which makes Ruler a fuller marketing attribution platform than most tools here.
Pricing (October 2026)
"Indicative pricing" by monthly website visits: $400 a month (£299) for up to 10,000 visits, $668 for up to 50,000, $1,326 for up to 100,000 and $2,000 above that, with 10% off annual deals. No free trial; you book a demo.
Strengths
The only tool here besides Hyros with call tracking built in, plus CRM integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign and GoHighLevel.
Limitations
No integrations listed for ClickFunnels, Kajabi or other course platforms, and no Shopify App Store listing.

Source: Ruler Analytics pricing page, checked October 2026.

2. SegMetrics: funnel attribution for info products and coaching

Our take. SegMetrics fits the funnels Hyros is most often sold into: courses, coaching and agencies running on email, a CRM and Stripe. It publishes its prices, offers a 14-day trial and helps teams move off Hyros. Budget for the Grow plan, though: sending conversions back to ad platforms starts at $197 a month, not the $57 entry price.

Skip it if your sales close on calls and you want call tracking built in.

How it tracks, attribution, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Info-product sellers, coaches and agencies whose funnels run on email, a CRM and a checkout like Stripe.
How it tracks
A tracking pixel on all plans, with server-side tracking on Scale. Its Ad Conversion Feeder, from the Grow plan, sends sales to Facebook, Google, TikTok and Bing daily. Calls come in through CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics or Calendly.
Attribution
First click, first engagement, last touch and full-funnel models, with lifetime tracking. No MMM.
Pricing (October 2026)
Priced on active contacts, per its pricing page: Launch $57 a month, Grow $197 and Scale $397, with Enterprise custom for companies above $10M a year. Annual billing gives two months free. 14-day trial, no long-term contracts.
Strengths
About 140 integrations, including HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign, HighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific and Stripe. SegMetrics publishes its own Hyros comparison and offers migration help.
Limitations
Conversion sync to ad platforms starts at $197, not $57, and server-side tracking needs the $397 plan. Few public reviews to judge it by.

Source: SegMetrics pricing page, checked October 2026.

3. Cometly: attribution for B2B SaaS

Cometly positions itself directly against Hyros, but its own site now focuses on B2B SaaS, and its Shopify app is listed as unavailable.

Our take. Cometly is a fit if you run B2B SaaS and advertise on LinkedIn and Microsoft as well as Meta and Google. It isn't a cheaper or more open Hyros: pricing is quote-only, there's no free trial, and its Shopify app is listed as unavailable.

Skip it if you're not a SaaS company.

How it tracks, attribution, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
B2B SaaS companies tracking ads through to CRM deals.
How it tracks
A pixel plus server-side events. Per its sync page, it sends conversions to Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft, Reddit and Taboola. Calls come in through a CallRail webhook.
Attribution
Eight named models, with windows from one day to lifetime, plus an AI agent and an AI Ads Manager.
Pricing (October 2026)
Core and Enterprise plans priced on monthly pageviews, with no prices on its pricing page. Annual billing saves 20%. No free trial.
Strengths
Covers LinkedIn and Microsoft alongside Meta and Google, which suits a B2B ad mix. 3.8 stars from 93 reviews on Trustpilot.
Limitations
Quote-only pricing, like Hyros. Not built for ecommerce or info products.

Source: Cometly pricing page, checked October 2026.

4. Wicked Reports: long customer lifetimes and new-customer signals

Our take. Wicked Reports suits subscription and email-heavy businesses that care most about lifetime value and new customers, and its Advanced Signal events tell Meta which sales came from new buyers. It shares two things people leave Hyros over: no free trial, and pricing tied to revenue, from $499 a month.

Skip it if calls are part of your sales process.

How it tracks, attribution, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Subscription and email-heavy businesses with long customer lifetimes.
How it tracks
First-party and click-based. It sends sales to Meta through the Conversions API, including Advanced Signal events that fire only for new customers, and sends offline conversions to Google.
Attribution
First click, last click, U-shaped and linear, looking at clicks in the 90 days before a sale, plus Halo, an incrementality-style view of its click data.
Pricing (October 2026)
Based on your last 12 months of gross revenue, per its pricing page: Measure $499 a month for up to $2.5M, Scale $699, Maximize $999 and Enterprise from $4,999. No free trial; a "3x Guarantee" covers your first 90 days.
Strengths
Lifetime value and new-customer focus, with integrations for Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Stripe, Klaviyo and ReCharge.
Limitations
No call tracking that we found, and pricing tied to revenue, like Hyros.

Hyros alternatives for affiliates and media buyers

These three come from affiliate and paid-traffic tracking. They're self-serve, publish their prices and suit marketers running offers across many campaigns on Meta, Google and native ad networks.

5. RedTrack: ad tracking and automation for affiliates and DTC

Our take. RedTrack gives affiliates and DTC brands the broadest ad-platform list here, even on its free plan, with call data from Ringba or Retreaver and rules that pause and scale ads. Pricing is public, with no 12-month commitment and a 14-day trial, but its own pages quote different entry prices, so confirm the number on its pricing page before you plan around it.

Skip it if your revenue closes on sales calls rather than online.

How it tracks, attribution, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Affiliate media buyers, lead-gen teams and DTC brands that want public pricing and automated rules.
How it tracks
Server-side conversions on every plan, including the free one, to Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Bing, YouTube, Pinterest, AppLovin and ChatGPT Ads, per its Conversions API page. Calls come in through Ringba or Retreaver and go back to ad platforms through the same API.
Attribution
First touch, last touch, U-shaped and linear, each with a paid-only version. The lookback defaults to 30 days, and 60 days needs a higher plan.
Pricing (October 2026)
Two tracks, per its pricing page. Ecommerce: Relay is free forever for one store, and Brand starts at $99 a month ($69 on annual billing) for up to $250,000 in annual tracked revenue. Affiliates: Solo is $169 a month ($118 annual) for 5 million events. No 12-month commitment, and a 14-day trial with no card.
Strengths
The broadest ad-platform list on a free plan, a Shopify app, and rules that pause and scale ads.
Limitations
Its own pages quote different entry prices, so check the pricing page. 3.9 stars from 33 Trustpilot reviews, with complaints about slow support and stats discrepancies.

Source: RedTrack pricing page, checked October 2026.

Our take. ClickMagick is the simple, low-cost pick for affiliates and funnel marketers: $79 a month to start, a 14-day trial, conversions sent to seven ad platforms on every plan, and tracking guides for the common funnel builders. It doesn't track calls, so phone sales have to be sent in by postback or uploaded.

Skip it if you need to attribute sales calls.

How it tracks, attribution, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Affiliates, media buyers and funnel marketers who want simple tracking at a low price.
How it tracks
A first-party tracking domain, with its Audience Optimization feature sending conversions to Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and ChatGPT Ads on every plan. ClickMagick's help docs say it doesn't provide call tracking; phone sales can be sent in by postback or uploaded.
Attribution
Last click by default, plus first click, linear, position-based and time decay on Standard and up. The lookback is unlimited by default.
Pricing (October 2026)
By tracked visitors, per its pricing page: Starter $79 a month for 10,000 visitors, Standard $199 for 100,000 and Pro $349 for 1 million, with two months free on annual billing. 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Strengths
Sales-tracking guides for ClickFunnels, HighLevel, Kajabi, Stripe, SamCart, ThriveCart and Kartra, plus bot and click-fraud filtering. 4.4 stars from 673 Trustpilot reviews, though ClickMagick says it no longer maintains that profile.
Limitations
No call tracking, and complaints about being billed after a forgotten trial.

Source: ClickMagick pricing page, checked October 2026.

7. AnyTrack: free and low-cost self-serve tracking

Our take. AnyTrack is the cheapest way to start: a free plan for 5,000 sessions, and paid plans with ad-platform syncing from $100 a month. You get two attribution models and no call tracking, so it suits simple self-serve tracking more than detailed attribution.

Skip it if you need multi-touch attribution or call tracking.

How it tracks, attribution, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Budget-conscious affiliates, lead-gen and small ecommerce teams that want to start free.
How it tracks
A browser tag plus server-to-server data by webhook and postback. Paid plans send conversions to Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft, Taboola and Outbrain, per its homepage.
Attribution
First and last ad click, with windows of 1, 7 or 30 days or the maximum.
Pricing (October 2026)
By sessions, per its pricing page: a free plan for 5,000 sessions without ad-platform syncing, Starter $100 a month for 100,000 sessions, Personal $150 and Advance $300, with two months free on annual billing. 14-day trial on paid plans.
Strengths
A free plan to start on, and about 95 affiliate-network integrations plus HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Stripe and Calendly.
Limitations
Two attribution models, no call tracking, and 3.4 stars from 11 Trustpilot reviews, with billing and support complaints.

Source: AnyTrack pricing page, checked October 2026.

Hyros alternatives for ecommerce stores

For stores where the sale closes at checkout, call tracking doesn't matter. What matters is getting complete first-party purchase data to ad platforms, so Meta and Google optimize on every sale, and reporting on the same data.

8. Upstack Data: per-order pricing with server-side tracking built in

Upstack is our product, so weigh this section with that in mind.

Our take. Upstack is built for stores where the sale closes at checkout. You get server-side tracking, the Conversions API and attribution on a published per-order price, month to month, from $99. It has no call tracking, no CRM deal attribution and no MMM, so it's the wrong pick for funnels that close on the phone.

Skip it if your sales close on calls. Our Upstack vs Hyros comparison says the same thing in more detail.

How it tracks, attribution, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce stores, and funnel checkouts like Funnelish and Checkout Champ, that want tracking, the Conversions API and attribution on published, per-order pricing.
How it tracks
Native server-side collection. Upstack Signal sends events to the Conversions APIs of Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit and more, with hashed email and phone, restored click IDs and a stable external ID. Visitors are resolved against an identity graph of 750M+ devices and 150M+ customers using deterministic and probabilistic matching.
Attribution
Upstack Attribution has first-click, last-click and any-click models with unlimited lookback, contribution margin from CM1 to CM4, and nCPA and nROAS reported inside Meta Ads Manager.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per order and month to month. Upstack Attribution starts at $99/mo for up to 1,000 orders, and Attribution + Signal from $199/mo. 21-day free trial with no card and a 60-day results guarantee. Every band is on our pricing page.
Strengths
A price you can see before any call, no annual term, and setup in about 20 minutes with a US-based rep. 4.6 stars from 36 reviews on the Shopify App Store.
Limitations
No call tracking, no CRM deal attribution, no AI analyst and no MMM. Three rule-based models only.

Source: Upstack Data pricing page, checked October 2026.

9. Triple Whale: analytics and AI for Shopify brands

Our take. Triple Whale gives Shopify brands the broadest reporting here, with near-real-time dashboards and Moby, an AI agent that can act in your ad accounts. The catch for anyone leaving Hyros is the contract: paid plans are 12-month subscriptions priced on GMV.

Skip it if annual commitments are why you're leaving Hyros. See our Triple Whale vs Hyros comparison.

How it tracks, attribution, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Shopify brands that want attribution, BI dashboards and an AI agent in one platform.
How it tracks
The Triple Pixel plus Sonar Optimize, which sends server-side events to ten ad platforms and is included in every paid plan.
Attribution
Seven or eight models, including survey-weighted Total Impact; MMM and incrementality on Enterprise.
Pricing (October 2026)
Priced on annual GMV. Its Shopify App Store listing shows Foundation from $219 a month and Automate from $749; paid plans are 12-month subscriptions. There's a free plan. Our Triple Whale pricing guide has the detail.
Strengths
The broadest ecommerce reporting here, with dashboards that refresh in near real time, plus Moby, an AI agent that can act in your ad accounts.
Limitations
A 12-month term and GMV-based pricing, two of the things people leave Hyros over.

Source: Shopify App Store listing, checked October 2026.

10. Northbeam: measurement for large ecommerce ad budgets

Our take. Northbeam has the deepest ecommerce modeling in this list, with MMM+ and incrementality as add-ons, and Starter runs month to month. At $1,500 to start it's built for large ad budgets, and it has no call tracking.

Skip it if $1,500 a month is a large share of your ad spend. See our Triple Whale vs Northbeam comparison.

How it tracks, attribution, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Ecommerce brands with large ad budgets that want multi-touch attribution plus MMM and incrementality.
How it tracks
A browser pixel and Shopify connector, with Apex sending order data to Meta's Conversions API.
Attribution
Seven models, including Clicks + Deterministic Views; MMM+ and Incrementality are add-ons.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per its pricing page, Starter is $1,500 for brands spending under $1.5M a year on ads, month to month; Professional is $3,500 a month on annual terms.
Strengths
The deepest modeling for ecommerce in this list.
Limitations
The highest entry price here, and no call tracking.

When to stay on Hyros

Hyros is still the right tool if most of these are true:

  • Your sales close on booked calls, webinars or high-ticket checkouts, and its call and lead tracking works for you.
  • You use its setup team and account analyst, and you'd rather not configure tracking yourself.
  • Your sales cycles are long enough that its attribution windows of up to a year matter.
  • Your tracked revenue is high enough that its price is a small share of it.

If that's you, the better move may be negotiating your renewal terms rather than switching.

How to switch from Hyros without losing data

  1. Find your renewal date. Hyros orders renew automatically unless you cancel at least 30 days before the term ends, so set the notice date first.
  2. Download the reports you rely on before you cancel, including lifetime value by source and call or lead journeys.
  3. Run the new tool alongside Hyros for two to four weeks. Compare its numbers with your source of truth: Shopify or your checkout for orders, your CRM for closed deals.
  4. Move ad-platform conversions carefully. Hyros's docs warn that switching an ad account to new conversion data resets the platform's learning. Make sure only one tool sends each purchase to Meta, either by turning one off or by sharing an event ID so Meta can deduplicate. Our server-side tracking guide covers deduplication.
  5. Reconnect call tracking to the new tool through CallRail, Ringba or your booking tool, if you use them.
  6. Cancel in writing before the notice date, and keep the confirmation.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best alternative to Hyros?

It depends on your business. For call-based lead generation, Ruler Analytics, which has call tracking built in. For info products and coaching funnels, SegMetrics. For affiliates and media buyers, RedTrack or ClickMagick. For online stores, Upstack or Triple Whale.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Hyros?

Yes. AnyTrack and RedTrack have free plans, SegMetrics starts at $57 a month, ClickMagick at $79 and Upstack Attribution starts at $99/mo. Hyros's older pricing page lists $230 a month on an annual plan for up to $20,000 in tracked revenue, and it requires at least $5,000 a month in ad spend.

Which Hyros alternatives track phone calls?

Ruler Analytics has call tracking built in. SegMetrics connects to CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics and Calendly; RedTrack takes calls from Ringba or Retreaver; and Cometly connects through a CallRail webhook. ClickMagick, AnyTrack, Upstack, Triple Whale and Northbeam don't track calls.

Is there a free alternative to Hyros?

AnyTrack has a free plan for up to 5,000 sessions, without ad-platform syncing, and RedTrack's Relay plan is free forever for one ecommerce store with last-click attribution. Triple Whale also has a free plan.

What is the best Hyros alternative for Shopify?

For Shopify stores, Upstack and Triple Whale are built around the store order. Upstack prices per order and month to month; Triple Whale prices on GMV with a 12-month term and adds BI and an AI agent. RedTrack, ClickMagick and SegMetrics also have Shopify apps.

Can I cancel Hyros and switch mid-contract?

Hyros's terms renew your order automatically for the same term unless you cancel at least 30 days before it ends. Refund requests must be in writing within 90 days of the first charge. Plan your switch around the renewal date.

What is the best Hyros alternative for tracking Meta ads ROAS?

For Meta ads, the tool matters less than what it sends back. Pick one that sends server-side conversions to Meta's Conversions API with as much customer data as possible, so Meta can match each sale to a person. RedTrack, ClickMagick and SegMetrics all send conversions to Meta; for online stores, Upstack also resolves each visitor's identity before sending. Our guide to improving Meta Event Match Quality explains why that matching changes ROAS.

SegMetrics vs Hyros: what's the difference?

Both suit info-product and coaching funnels. SegMetrics publishes its prices (from $57 a month, with ad-platform conversion sync from $197), offers a 14-day trial and connects to calls through CallRail and Calendly. Hyros quotes on a call, has its own call tracking, and includes a setup team and account analyst. SegMetrics is the cheaper self-serve option; Hyros is the more hands-on one.

Do Hyros alternatives send conversions back to Meta?

Most do. Ruler, SegMetrics, Cometly, Wicked Reports, RedTrack, ClickMagick, AnyTrack's paid plans, Upstack, Triple Whale and Northbeam all send conversions to Meta. They differ in how many other platforms they cover and whether they resolve identity before sending.
