Hyros vs Wicked Reports (2026): Call Funnels vs Ecommerce Attribution, Signals and Pricing

Hyros fits businesses whose revenue closes on a booked call or in a long funnel: high-ticket offers, coaching, info products and sales teams. Wicked Reports fits ecommerce and subscription brands, roughly $5M to $50M in revenue by its own description, that want lifetime-value reporting and new-customer signals sent to Meta. Wicked publishes its prices, from $499 a month; Hyros quotes on a call.

For this Hyros vs Wicked Reports comparison, a companion to our guide to 10 Hyros alternatives, we checked both tools against their own pricing pages, help centers, terms and comparison pages on October 24, 2026. Upstack is our product and comes up once, near the end, with its limits stated. If neither fits, that guide covers the wider field, and our Hyros review covers Hyros on its own.

Who each one is built for

Wicked Reports draws the line itself. Its own Wicked vs Hyros page says Hyros is built for complex funnels with sales teams: booked calls and demos, reps closing deals, human follow-up as the conversion event. Wicked describes itself as built for ecommerce checkouts and media-driven demand, where ads, not reps, do the selling, and it names $5M to $50M ecommerce brands as its sweet spot. The same page says that if most of your revenue closes through calls, demos or reps, Hyros is likely still the right primary tool.

Hyros agrees on its side of that line. Its call tracking page is aimed at B2B calls, and its pricing page asks for your business model up front: ecommerce, info marketing, call based, SaaS or agency.

So most businesses can pick from one question: does the sale close at a checkout, or on a call?

How do Hyros and Wicked Reports track conversions?

Hyros calls its approach AI Swarm tracking: your first-party live and historic data, combined with third-party signals, patterns from the Hyros network and a device fingerprint, to recognize the same buyer across devices and sessions. You add Hyros's tracking script and connect your checkout, CRM and booking tools.

Wicked Reports is first-party and click-based. Its Hyros comparison says its tracking scripts load from your own domain and don't rely on cookies. It connects to carts and CRMs including Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento 2, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign and Keap, and has integration guides for Meta, Google, Microsoft, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat ads, per its setup help center.

Both are attribution tools built on first-party data. Hyros adds network-wide signals and fingerprinting to find more of the journey; Wicked leans on clean order and CRM data and long lifetime reporting.

Attribution models compared

Wicked Reports offers four models in its Wicked 2.0 attribution guide: first click, last click, linear and U-shaped, which gives 40% to the first click, 40% to the last and splits 20% across the middle. It recommends U-shaped for most customers. For each order it looks at the clicks in the 90 days before the sale and deduplicates repeated identical clicks. Its lifetime-value and cohort reports then follow each customer forward for as long as they keep buying.

Hyros documents last click, first click and the Scientific report, which merges the two and credits each sale to the source that played the biggest part over the time frame you choose.

For a subscription brand, Wicked's lifetime view is the point: which campaign brought in customers who kept paying. For a high-ticket funnel, Hyros's view of which ad brought the lead and which closed the deal usually answers the question. Our guide to first click vs last click attribution explains when each kind of model helps.

Calls, bookings and sales teams

This is Hyros's clearest advantage.

  • Hyros ties booked calls, closes and recurring retainers back to the ad that started the journey, with one-click integrations for Calendly, CallRail, iClosed and HubSpot, per its call tracking page. It then sends that data back to Meta and Google.
  • Wicked Reports tracks booked appointments as leads. Its help center has setup guides for Calendly, Acuity and OnceHub under "Booked Call and Appointment Tracking". We didn't find phone-call tracking itself, so a sale that closes on a call needs to reach Wicked as an order or custom conversion.

If a salesperson closes most of your revenue, Hyros is built for that. If calls are rare and the sale happens at checkout, Wicked's appointment tracking is enough.

Sending conversions back to Meta and Google

Both send conversions back to ad platforms, but with different goals.

Wicked Reports sells Advanced Signal, which sends new-customer conversion events to Meta through the Conversions API so Meta optimizes toward first-time buyers rather than repeat customers. It also supports Google offline conversions and enhanced conversions. Advanced Signal is a $199-a-month add-on on Measure and Scale and included on Maximize, per its pricing page.

Hyros pushes conversions back to Meta, Google and TikTok as part of its one plan, including booked calls and closes for call-based funnels. Our Hyros review lists the other platforms its docs cover.

If acquiring new customers on Meta is the main job, Wicked's new-customer signal is purpose-built for it. If teaching Meta which leads became closed deals is the job, Hyros does that.

Hyros vs Wicked Reports pricing

Wicked Reports publishes its prices. They're set by your last 12 months of gross revenue; for brands up to $2.5M, its pricing page lists:

PlanMonthly price (up to $2.5M revenue)What it adds
Measure$499FunnelVision, cohort and LTV reports, lifetime lookback, standard ad, cart and CRM integrations
Scale$699API integrations, an outbound API, currency conversion and international time zones
Maximize$9995 Forces AI, Advanced Signal, custom conversions and Amazon revenue
EnterpriseFrom $4,999For $50M+ brands: priority support, enterprise terms, dedicated servers

Higher revenue bands cost more, and crossing into a new band updates your price at renewal. There's no free trial on the page; instead, its 3x Guarantee says that within your first 90 days it will help you make documented budget decisions worth at least three times your subscription cost, or the subscription is free until it does.

Hyros has one plan with everything included, quoted on a 15-minute setup call and "sized to what we track for you", per its pricing page, with a guarantee that your ads grow or you don't pay. An older Hyros pricing page, still live, starts at $69 a month for up to $5,000 in tracked monthly revenue; our Hyros pricing guide has the full tier table. Hyros's terms renew your order automatically for the same term unless you cancel at least 30 days before it ends, and refund requests must be made in writing within 90 days of the first charge.

Both price on revenue, so both cost more as you grow. The difference is visibility: Wicked shows its bands, while Hyros gives you a number on a call.

Can you run Hyros and Wicked Reports together?

Wicked Reports suggests it on its own Hyros page: some hybrid businesses keep Hyros for sales attribution and use Wicked for ecommerce. That can make sense for a brand selling products online and high-ticket services through a sales team.

If you do, decide which tool sends each conversion type to Meta. Two tools sending the same Purchase event without a shared event ID can make Meta count sales twice. Our guide to Meta event duplication covers how to avoid it.

When neither is the right fit

Smaller online stores often find both too heavy: Wicked's entry plan is $499 a month, and Hyros prices on revenue with an auto-renewing term. If what you need is clean conversion data reaching Meta and attribution you trust, a per-order tool may fit better.

Upstack Data, our product, covers those two jobs for Shopify and DTC brands. Upstack Signal sends server-side events to Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit and Microsoft Ads, matched against an identity graph of 750M+ devices and 150M+ customers. Upstack Attribution reports first-click, last-click and any-click attribution. Attribution is $99 a month for up to 1,000 orders and Attribution + Signal is $199, month to month, with a 21-day free trial and a 60-day 4x ROI guarantee.

Upstack doesn't track phone calls or bookings, doesn't send a separate new-customer-only signal like Advanced Signal, and doesn't do MMM or incrementality testing.

Frequently asked questions

Is Wicked Reports better than Hyros?

For ecommerce and subscription brands that sell at checkout, Wicked Reports fits better: published pricing, lifetime-value reporting and a new-customer signal for Meta. For businesses that close on calls or with a sales team, Hyros fits better, and Wicked's own comparison page says so.

Is Wicked Reports cheaper than Hyros?

Not necessarily. Wicked's Measure plan is $499 a month for brands up to $2.5M in revenue. Hyros's older pricing page starts at $69 a month for up to $5,000 in tracked monthly revenue and reaches $1,499 for up to $750,000, per our pricing guide. For a small business Hyros's lower tiers can cost less; compare written quotes at your revenue.

Does Wicked Reports track phone calls?

It tracks booked appointments through Calendly, Acuity and OnceHub. We found no phone-call tracking. Hyros has call tracking built for call-based sales, with Calendly, CallRail, iClosed and HubSpot integrations.

What is Wicked Reports Advanced Signal?

It sends new-customer conversion events to Meta through the Conversions API, so Meta optimizes toward first-time buyers. It's a $199-a-month add-on on Measure and Scale and included on Maximize.

Does Hyros have a contract?

Yes. The term is set in your order, and Hyros's terms renew it automatically for the same term unless you cancel at least 30 days before it ends. Wicked updates your band at renewal and lets you change plans from the next billing cycle.

Can I use Hyros and Wicked Reports together?

Yes. Wicked's own Hyros page says some hybrid businesses keep Hyros for sales attribution and use Wicked for ecommerce. Make sure only one tool sends each conversion type to Meta.
