Littledata Pricing (2026): Flex, Scale and Plus Plans, Overage and Annual Billing Explained
Littledata has three plans, all priced by Shopify orders. Flex is $0.35 an order with no minimum, Scale is $199 a month with 1,500 orders included, and Plus is $990 a month with 10,000. Overage on Scale and Plus falls as you grow, annual billing takes 20% off, and every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
If you're weighing whether to stay on it, our guide to 8 Littledata alternatives compares the tools people switch to. Every figure on this page was checked on October 24, 2026 against Littledata's plans page, including its pricing calculator, and its Shopify App Store listing. Upstack is our product and appears only in the comparison near the end.

Which plan your order volume lands on
Littledata's own calculator recommends whichever plan is cheapest at your volume. Billed monthly:
| Orders a month | Cheapest plan | Monthly cost | Billed annually |
|---|---|---|---|
| 300 | Flex | $105 | $105 |
| 500 | Flex | $175 | $175 |
| 1,000 | Scale | $199 | $159 |
| 2,000 | Scale | $274 | $219 |
| 3,000 | Scale | $424 | $339 |
| 5,000 | Scale | $544 | $435 |
| 10,000 | Scale | $844 | $675 |
| 15,000 | Plus | $1,140 | $912 |
| 30,000 | Plus | $1,590 | $1,272 |
| 60,000 | Plus | $2,390 | $1,912 |
We checked the calculator against our own maths at several volumes: it shows $274 for 2,000 orders on Scale, $934 for 11,500 on Scale, $1,710 for 34,000 on Plus and $2,530 for 67,000 on Plus, all billed monthly. Scale stays cheaper than Plus up to about 14,900 orders a month.
How does Littledata pricing work?
Six rules decide your bill:
- You pay by orders, not revenue. Each Shopify order Littledata tracks counts once, however many destinations it's sent to. A higher average order value doesn't raise the bill.
- Flex has no monthly fee. You pay $0.35 for each order, calculated at the end of each 30-day billing cycle. Above about 570 orders a month, Scale's $199 is cheaper.
- Overage falls in steps. On Scale, orders 1,501 to 3,000 cost $0.15 each and every order after that $0.06. On Plus, orders 10,001 to 50,000 cost $0.03 each, then $0.02.
- Annual billing takes 20% off the whole bill. The calculator applies it to overage too: 2,000 orders on Scale is $274 billed monthly and $219 billed annually. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice.
- It's charged per brand. Pricing follows each brand's monthly orders. Plus lets you put several country stores on one invoice.
- You upgrade when you outgrow a plan. Littledata's FAQ says you'll need to upgrade when your store exceeds your plan's order threshold, which takes a couple of clicks in the app's billing screen.
What's included in each Littledata plan?
Littledata Flex
Flex is pay as you go at $0.35 an order. Per the App Store listing, it includes server-side tracking and the data layer, the no-code Event Editor, Profit Signal for Google Ads and Meta, all 9 destinations, Shopify Markets support, bot protection, and email and chat support. Littledata recommends it for stores under about 500 orders a month.
Littledata Scale
Scale is $199 a month, or $159 billed annually, with 1,500 orders included. On top of Flex it adds Session Enrichment and Persistent ID, which reconnect returning shoppers on the same device to their profile for up to a year; a Segment destination; headless and Hydrogen support; and priority support with private webinars. Littledata recommends it for stores with 500 to 3,000 orders a month, though at 10,000 orders it's still cheaper than Plus.
Littledata Plus
Plus is $990 a month, or $9,504 a year ($792 a month), with 10,000 orders included. It adds multi-store rollups and multi-currency, several country stores on one invoice, managed onboarding and training, a guaranteed uptime SLA, support SLAs and dedicated account support. Littledata recommends it for high-volume brands, multi-brand groups and Shopify Plus merchants.
The Shopify listing and the plans page, side by side
The two sources agree on prices and plans, with three differences in how they show them:
| Detail | Shopify App Store listing | Littledata plans page |
|---|---|---|
| Default prices shown | Monthly: Scale $199, Plus $990 | Annual: Scale "starts at $159", Plus "starts at $792" |
| Plus overage above 50,000 orders | $0.02 per order | $0.02 to 100,000, then $0.01 |
| Annual billing | Plus only: $9,504 a year | All paid plans, 20% off |
If you're comparing against a quote, check which billing period it uses. Plans page prices default to annual billing.
Littledata prices you'll see elsewhere
Littledata's prices have changed over the years: a February 2023 App Store review complains about repeated price rises, and a 2022 one about the bill more than doubling at an order threshold. This guide gives Littledata's current pricing as of October 2026. If a quote names a plan other than Flex, Scale or Plus, or a price that doesn't match these, check it against the plans page and the App Store listing before you budget.
Does Littledata have a free trial?
Yes. Every plan has a 30-day free trial with no commitment, capped at 500 orders on Flex, 10,000 on Scale and 20,000 on Plus. After the trial, billing starts through your Shopify bill, monthly or annually. Thirty days is long enough to compare Littledata's purchase counts in GA4 and Meta with Shopify's own orders for a full month.
Can you cancel Littledata at any time?
Monthly plans run on a 30-day billing cycle through Shopify, and Littledata doesn't publish a minimum term for them. Annual plans are a yearly commitment and can be paid by invoice; contact Littledata for an annual contract. When you remove the app, also check Settings > Customer events in Shopify for any leftover pixel.
What Littledata costs at your order volume
| Monthly orders | Plan | Billed monthly | Per order | Billed annually | Per year, annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | Scale | $199 | $0.20 | $159 | $1,910 |
| 5,000 | Scale | $544 | $0.11 | $435 | $5,222 |
| 10,000 | Scale | $844 | $0.08 | $675 | $8,102 |
| 30,000 | Plus | $1,590 | $0.05 | $1,272 | $15,264 |
At 1,000 orders, Flex would cost $350 a month, so Scale is the better buy even before you count Session Enrichment and Persistent ID. At 10,000 orders, Scale plus overage ($844) beats Plus ($990) unless you need Plus's onboarding, SLAs or multi-store billing.
How to keep your Littledata bill down
Littledata's pricing rewards a few simple choices:
- Stay on Flex while you're small, then move. Flex is cheaper than Scale only below about 570 orders a month. If your store sits above that most months, Scale saves money and adds Session Enrichment and Persistent ID.
- Pay annually once you're settled. The 20% annual discount applies to the whole bill, overage included. At 5,000 orders that's $435 a month instead of $544, or about $1,306 a year saved.
- Don't jump to Plus too early. Scale plus overage stays cheaper than Plus up to about 14,900 orders a month. Move to Plus at a lower volume only if you need its onboarding, SLAs or multi-store billing.
- Check seasonal peaks. A November spike adds overage for that cycle only. On Scale, orders above 3,000 cost $0.06 each, so 2,000 extra orders in a peak month add $120.
- Count brands, not stores. Littledata's FAQ says it charges per brand, based on monthly order volume, and Plus can put several country stores on one invoice. Every plan includes unlimited Shopify Markets.
- Use the trial to size your plan. The 30-day trial shows your real order count through Littledata before the first bill, within the trial caps of 500, 10,000 or 20,000 orders.
What Littledata costs a multi-store brand
Plus is built for brands selling in several countries. If you run separate Shopify stores for the US, UK and EU under one brand, Plus puts them on one invoice, with multi-store rollups and multi-currency reporting. At 30,000 orders a month across those stores, that's $1,590 billed monthly or $1,272 billed annually, per the plans and calculator above. A multi-brand group pays for each brand's volume separately, since pricing is per brand; ask Littledata for a quote if you run several brands.
Is Littledata worth the price?
Our take. Littledata is fair value for a Shopify store that reports in GA4 and wants Meta, Google Ads and Klaviyo fed from the same events, at 500 to 15,000 orders a month. It's harder to justify if GA4 isn't where you read your numbers, because that's where it's strongest.
| Worth it if you... | Think twice if you... |
|---|---|
| Report in GA4 and want server-side purchases there | Don't use GA4, and mainly need Meta and Klaviyo |
| Want every destination on every plan, with no caps | Need destinations Littledata doesn't list, such as Snapchat, Reddit or affiliates |
| Run subscriptions on Recharge or feed Segment | Want shoppers recognized across devices, not one device |
| Are between about 570 and 15,000 orders a month | Want attribution reports, which Littledata doesn't produce |
How Littledata pricing compares with alternatives
Monthly list prices, billed monthly, for a store sending events to Meta, Google Ads and Klaviyo:
| Orders a month | Littledata | Upstack Signal | Elevar | Aimerce | Stape hosting |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | $199 | $149 | $650 (Advanced, for Klaviyo) | $299 | $20 |
| 10,000 | $844 | $399 | $650 | $499 | $100 |
| 30,000 | $1,590 | $1,199 | $1,250 | $1,499 | $200 |
- Upstack Signal is our product: per order and month to month, $149 a month to 1,000 orders, $399 to 10,000 and $1,199 to 30,000, with identity resolution included. It doesn't send to GA4. See Upstack vs Littledata.
- Elevar caps destinations by plan; Klaviyo needs Advanced at $650, and without Klaviyo, Core is $225 for up to 2,000 orders. See our Elevar pricing guide and Elevar vs Littledata.
- Aimerce is Klaviyo-first and doesn't list GA4. See our Aimerce pricing guide.
- Stape prices requests, not orders. These figures assume about 400 requests per order and cover hosting only; you or an agency build the tags. See our Stape pricing guide.
Littledata's 20% annual discount narrows the gap: annual billing brings it to $159, $675 and $1,272 at these volumes.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Littledata cost per month?
Flex is $0.35 an order with no monthly minimum. Scale is $199 a month billed monthly, or $159 billed annually, with 1,500 orders included. Plus is $990 a month, or $792 billed annually, with 10,000 orders included. Overage is extra on Scale and Plus.
Is Littledata free?
No, but Flex has no monthly fee: you pay $0.35 for each order tracked. Every plan has a 30-day free trial, capped at 500 orders on Flex.
Does Littledata charge per order?
Yes. All three plans are priced by Shopify orders, not revenue or pageviews. Flex charges every order; Scale and Plus include 1,500 and 10,000 orders, then charge overage that falls as volume grows.
Does Littledata's annual discount apply to overage?
Per its pricing calculator, yes. Annual billing takes 20% off the whole monthly total: 2,000 orders on Scale is $274 billed monthly and $219 billed annually.
What happens if I go over my plan's orders?
On Scale and Plus, extra orders are billed at the overage rate. Littledata's FAQ also says you'll need to upgrade when your store exceeds your plan's order threshold. The calculator recommends Scale up to about 14,900 orders a month and Plus above that.
How much is Littledata Plus per year?
Plus is $9,504 a year billed annually, which is $792 a month, with 10,000 orders a month included. Billed monthly it's $990 a month. Overage above 10,000 orders is $0.03 an order to 50,000.
Is Klaviyo included on every Littledata plan?
Yes. Klaviyo is one of the 9 destinations included on Flex, Scale and Plus. Session Enrichment and Persistent ID, which help Klaviyo recognize returning shoppers, start on Scale.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Littledata?
Under about 570 orders, Flex is hard to beat. Above that, Upstack Signal is cheaper at every volume we checked ($149 at 1,000 orders and $399 at 10,000), though it doesn't send to GA4. Our Littledata alternatives guide compares eight options, and our Littledata review covers what you get for the price.
