Tie (Revenue Roll) Pricing 2026: Credits, Plans, Costs and the 12-Month Contract
Tie, the company formerly called Revenue Roll, sells four plans on 12-month contracts, priced in credits: Priority at $12,000 a year, Launch at $24,000 and Scale at $40,000 billed monthly, or $9,000, $18,000 and $30,000 if you prepay the year. Enterprise is custom. Visitor identification (Tie ID) starts on Launch.
If you're pricing a switch, our comparison of 5 Tie alternatives puts these numbers next to Retention.com, Opensend, Customers.ai and others. Every figure on this page was checked against Tie's pricing page and FAQ at meettie.com on October 24, 2026; Upstack is our product, and it competes with Tie through Upstack Audience.
How much does Tie cost?
| Plan | Billed monthly | Prepaid (save 25%) | Credits a year | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Priority | $12,000 a year ($1,000 a month) | $9,000 | 600,000 | Tie Priority inbox placement and domain warming |
| Launch | $24,000 a year ($2,000 a month) | $18,000 | 1.6 million | Tie ID, Marketplace ID, Tie Predict, SMS, Meta and Google, a dedicated CSM |
| Scale | $40,000 a year (about $3,333 a month) | $30,000 | 4 million | 2.5 times Launch's credits at a lower price per credit |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Volume credit discount and custom commercial terms |
Tie's FAQ gives the floor as $12K a year. Every plan includes unlimited users, Tie Priority, in-platform agentic support and one credit balance pooled across products, and every plan is a 12-month contract. The pricing page opens on prepaid prices; switch it to "Billed monthly" to see the higher figures.
What a credit costs
| Plan | Per credit, billed monthly | Per credit, prepaid |
|---|---|---|
| Priority | $0.02 | $0.015 |
| Launch | $0.015 | About $0.011 |
| Scale | $0.01 | $0.0075 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom |
The billed-monthly figures are Tie's own. The prepaid figures are our calculation: the prepaid price divided by the credits included.
What the first year costs
Because every plan is a 12-month contract, the useful number is the year, not the month:
| Plan | Billed monthly (12 payments) | Prepaid | You save by prepaying |
|---|---|---|---|
| Priority | $12,000 | $9,000 | $3,000 |
| Launch | $24,000 | $18,000 | $6,000 |
| Scale | $40,000 | $30,000 | $10,000 |
So the floor for visitor identification is $18,000 for the year, paid upfront, or $24,000 paid monthly.
How does Tie pricing work?
Six rules from the pricing page and FAQ decide what you pay:
- One credit balance. Credits are pooled across every product you switch on, so Tie ID, Tie Predict and Tie Priority all draw from the same balance.
- Credits arrive upfront and roll over inside the term. You get twelve months of credits on day one, and unused monthly credits roll over to the next month inside your contract. Tie doesn't say they carry past the end of the term.
- Every plan is a 12-month contract. Pay monthly, or prepay the year and save 25%. The commitment is a year either way.
- ACH only. All Tie customers pay by ACH auto-debit, set up during onboarding.
- Filters control spend. Demographic, behavioral and recency filters let you identify only the shoppers you'd market to, so you don't spend credits on traffic you'd never email.
- Running out has four options. Upgrade to a higher tier, which starts a new 12-month term at the new price with a discount on your remaining balance; renew your current tier early at the same rate; stop, with the remaining payments on your term still due; or keep going pay-as-you-go at your plan's overage rate, which your Client Success Manager confirms before anything is charged. The overage rate isn't published.
What does a Tie credit buy?
| Product | What it does | Credits it uses | Plans |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tie ID | Identifies anonymous visitors, with demographic attributes | 1 per unique visitor identified, per month | Launch and up |
| Tie Marketplace ID | Matches marketplace orders, such as TikTok Shop, to shopper profiles | 1 per match | Launch and up |
| Tie Predict | Scores every shopper daily from 1 to 10 on opening, clicking and buying; requires Tie ID | 3 per active profile a year (0.25 a month) | Launch and up |
| Tie Priority | Primary-inbox placement and domain warming | 0.033 per email sent, about 1 per 30 sends | Every plan |
| Raw data | Listed in the FAQ without further detail | Free | Not stated |
Tie ID charges per unique visitor per month, so a shopper identified in March and again in April uses a credit in each month. That's different from tools that charge once per contact delivered, which matters when you compare per-identity prices.
What's included in each Tie plan?
Tie Priority plan
Priority is the inbox-placement plan: $12,000 a year billed monthly or $9,000 prepaid, for 600,000 credits. It includes Tie Priority, which runs inside your Klaviyo account, sends campaigns to the shoppers most likely to open first so Gmail sees strong early engagement, warms sending domains, and holds back a control group on each send to measure the lift. At 0.033 credits a send, 600,000 credits cover about 18 million emails a year, roughly 1.5 million a month. It does not include Tie ID, Tie Predict, SMS support, Meta and Google integrations or a dedicated CSM. Priority starts with a free self-serve proof: an inbox audit plus a roughly one-week, two-campaign test on your own sends.
Tie Launch plan
Launch is the most popular plan and the entry point for identification: $24,000 a year billed monthly or $18,000 prepaid, for 1.6 million credits. It adds Tie ID, Tie Marketplace ID and Tie Predict, ESP and SMS integrations, Meta and Google integrations, and a dedicated Client Success Manager with a Slack channel. Used only for Tie ID, 1.6 million credits cover about 133,000 identified visitors a month. The proof of concept runs 30 days.
Tie Scale plan
Scale is $40,000 a year billed monthly or $30,000 prepaid, for 4 million credits: 2.5 times Launch's headroom at $0.01 a credit billed monthly. Used only for Tie ID, that's about 333,000 identified visitors a month. Everything else is as on Launch, with a 30-day proof of concept.
Tie Enterprise plan
Enterprise is quoted: a custom credit volume with a volume-based credit discount and custom commercial terms, plus everything in Scale.
Which Tie plan fits your store?
Credit use depends on traffic, list size and send volume. Here's how four example stores map to Tie's plans. Our assumption, not Tie's figure: Tie identifies 30% of unique monthly US visitors (Tie says up to 70%), Predict scores every active profile, and Priority runs on every email.
| Example store | Unique US visitors a month | Identified a month | Active profiles scored | Emails a month | Credits a year | Plan that covers it |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Store A: Tie ID only | 100,000 | 30,000 | None | None | 360,000 | Launch |
| Store B: all three products | 100,000 | 30,000 | 150,000 | 600,000 | 1,047,600 | Launch |
| Store C: all three products | 300,000 | 90,000 | 400,000 | 1,600,000 | 2,913,600 | Scale |
| Store D: Priority only | Not used | Not used | None | 400,000 | 158,400 | Priority |
The arithmetic, using the credit rates above:
- Store B: Tie ID 30,000 × 12 = 360,000; Predict 150,000 × 3 = 450,000; Priority 600,000 × 0.033 × 12 = 237,600.
- Store C: Tie ID 90,000 × 12 = 1,080,000; Predict 400,000 × 3 = 1,200,000; Priority 1,600,000 × 0.033 × 12 = 633,600.
- Store D: Priority 400,000 × 0.033 × 12 = 158,400.
Store A shows the catch. It needs Launch for Tie ID but uses 360,000 of 1,600,000 credits (22.5%), so each identified visitor costs about $0.067 billed monthly ($24,000 ÷ 360,000), or $0.05 prepaid, not the $0.015 headline rate. Tie's price per credit only holds if you spend the balance. Store B uses 1,047,600 of 1,600,000 credits (65%) on the same plan, which is the kind of brand Tie's bundle is priced for.
Tie prices you'll see elsewhere, and why they differ
Search for Tie or Revenue Roll pricing and you'll find numbers that don't match the pricing page:
- G2's listing. Tie's G2 page shows Starter at $499 a month, Growth at $1,499 and Enterprise at $2,499, marked "pricing provided by Tie." None of those plan names appear on meettie.com, where the plans are Priority, Launch, Scale and Enterprise. Treat the G2 figures as out of date.
- Revenue Roll's early pricing. Tie's rebrand page says that in 2021 and 2022 Revenue Roll offered performance-based pricing, where brands paid only when it beat pre-agreed benchmarks. Nothing like that is on today's pricing page.
- Contracts signed as Revenue Roll. When Revenue Roll became Tie in mid-2025, it told customers their pricing would stay unchanged. If you signed before the rename, your contract may not match today's plans; check it before you renew.
If a number you've seen doesn't match a quote, ask Tie which plan and billing option it belongs to.
Does Tie have a free trial?
Not a free plan, but each plan has a proof period. Priority starts with a free self-serve proof: an inbox audit and a test of about one week across two campaigns on your own sends. Launch, Scale and Enterprise include a 30-day trial with a Client Success Manager to validate performance before you sign, per Tie's FAQ; the pricing page calls it a 30-day proof of concept.
Can you cancel Tie?
Not mid-term. All Tie contracts are annual, and if you stop before the end, the remaining payments on your term are still due. Upgrading mid-term doesn't shorten anything either: it starts a new 12-month term at the new price. Plan any change around your renewal date. Our guide to switching from Tie covers running a replacement on the same traffic before that date.
Is Tie worth the price?
Tie is worth it if you use most of what Launch includes: Tie ID, Predict and Priority from one balance, with SMS integrations and a dedicated CSM. It's harder to justify if you only need identification, because you'll pay for 1.6 million credits whether you use them or not.
| Your situation | What usually decides it |
|---|---|
| Under 100,000 US visitors a month | You're below Tie's stated fit. Tools sized smaller, such as Opensend's Tier 1 for 10,000 to 50,000 visitors, are likely a better match. |
| 100,000 to 300,000 visitors and a list above 100,000 | Whether you'll run Predict and Priority alongside Tie ID. If you will, Launch's 1.6 million credits often cover all three, as in Store B. |
| Above 300,000 visitors | Whether Scale's $0.01 a credit ($0.0075 prepaid) beats per-identity pricing at your volume. Ask for an Enterprise quote too. |
How Tie pricing compares with alternatives
| Tool | Pricing basis | Entry price | Contract |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pooled credits | $12K/yr billed monthly; Tie ID from $24K/yr | 12 months | |
| Flat monthly fee | Not published | Month to month, pausable | |
| Identities delivered | $400/mo billed annually; $500 monthly | Monthly or annual | |
| Klaviyo profiles | $299/mo at 1,000 profiles | 3, 6 or 12 months | |
| Not priced separately | Quoted; Instant's email from $1,000/mo | Month to month | |
| Resolved matches | $200/mo for 8,000 matches, plus a Signal plan | Yearly plan with a 60-day opt-out |
Upstack Audience is our product. It's narrower than Tie, with no predictive scoring, no inbox placement and delivery only to Klaviyo, Omnisend and Meta, and it needs an Upstack Signal plan. Sources and the full feature comparison for each tool are in our Tie alternatives guide.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Tie cost per month?
Billed monthly, Priority is $1,000 a month, Launch $2,000 and Scale about $3,333, each on a 12-month contract. Prepaying the year saves 25%: $9,000, $18,000 and $30,000. Enterprise is custom. Visitor identification needs Launch or above.
What is meettie pricing?
Meettie.com is Tie's website, so meettie pricing and Tie pricing are the same thing: four credit-based plans (Priority, Launch, Scale and Enterprise) on 12-month contracts, from $12,000 a year billed monthly.
How much does Revenue Roll cost?
Revenue Roll is now Tie, and Tie's current plans run from $12,000 a year (Priority, billed monthly) to $40,000 (Scale), with Enterprise quoted. Visitor identification starts on Launch at $24,000 a year, or $18,000 prepaid. Prices you may see under the Revenue Roll name, such as $499 to $2,499 a month on G2, don't match today's plans.
Is Tie pricing based on traffic?
It's based on usage, metered in credits. Tie ID uses one credit per unique visitor identified each month, Predict 0.25 credits per active profile each month, and Priority 0.033 credits per email. Higher traffic and bigger lists use more credits, but you choose a plan by its credit balance, not a traffic tier.
Can I pay for Tie monthly?
Yes, but the contract is still 12 months. Paying monthly costs 25% more than prepaying, and every payment is by ACH auto-debit.
What happens if I run out of Tie credits?
You can upgrade, which starts a new 12-month term at the new price with a discount on your remaining balance; renew your current tier early at the same rate; stop, with the remaining payments still due; or continue pay-as-you-go at your plan's overage rate, which Tie doesn't publish.
Do unused Tie credits roll over?
Yes, month to month inside your contract. Tie grants twelve months of credits upfront and rolls unused monthly credits forward within the term. It doesn't say they carry into a renewal.
Is there a Tie discount?
The published discount is 25% for prepaying the year. Scale has a lower price per credit than Launch, and Enterprise adds a volume-based credit discount.
