The best TrackBee alternative depends on why its bill or its feature list stopped fitting. For identity resolution and per-order pricing that doesn't climb with your order value, Upstack Signal is $149 a month for up to 1,000 orders. For the lowest paid price, WeTracked is $49 a month for 500 orders. Littledata is the per-order swap with GA4 on every plan, and Aimerce is the pick if Klaviyo flows are the point. If you only advertise on Meta and Google, Shopify's free apps may be enough.
We checked every price, plan, trial and feature claim for these TrackBee alternatives on each vendor's own site or Shopify App Store listing on October 24, 2026. Upstack Signal is our product and sits first, with its limitations listed as plainly as everyone else's. TrackBee is a capable, well-reviewed app, so this guide also says when to stay.

What TrackBee does, and what it costs
TrackBee is server-side conversion tracking built only for Shopify. Its app, listed on the Shopify App Store as "TrackBee Connect" by EC Solutions BV, sends store events to ad platforms from the server, enriches them with first-party session data and runs next to your existing pixels rather than replacing them. It lists 19 integrations on every plan, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads, ChatGPT Ads, Klaviyo and GA4, per its integrations page.
It prices on tracked revenue, which its pricing FAQ defines as the revenue of the orders TrackBee processes for your store in a month. Per its pricing page on October 24, 2026, in US dollars:

Every plan has a 30-day free trial with no card and no setup fee. TrackBee Insights, which answers questions about your ad data inside Claude or ChatGPT, is $19.99 a month on top. Our TrackBee pricing guide works through costs at four revenue levels, and our TrackBee review covers how it works and what merchants say.
Why do people look for TrackBee alternatives?
TrackBee holds 4.8 stars from 8 Shopify App Store reviews, so this isn't a list of complaints. The reasons that come up are structural:
Revenue-based pricing follows your order value. Two stores with 1,000 orders a month pay differently: at a $50 average order value that's $50K tracked revenue, $199 on Pro; at $200 it's $200K, or $299 on Pro. Order-based tools charge both stores the same.
The Start plan's overage is steep. Extra tracked revenue costs $6 per $1K on Start against $1 on Pro, so Start stops being the cheaper plan at $45K a month.
It's Shopify only. TrackBee says it builds only for Shopify. A brand that also runs WooCommerce needs something else for that store.
Attribution sits in an add-on. TrackBee Insights reconciles what each platform claims inside Claude or ChatGPT. There's no multi-touch attribution dashboard, margin reporting or cohort view.
A small review record. Eight reviews, most from 2024, is too few to say much about support at scale. Ask for references at your volume.
How we compared these tools
Each tool was checked on the same questions: what you pay for and the lowest published price; whether you maintain a Google Tag Manager container; which ad platforms and email tools it sends to, and whether GA4 is one of them; how it recognizes a returning visitor; whether you can try it first, and on what terms; and who should skip it. Everything comes from vendor pricing pages, product pages, help docs and Shopify App Store listings, checked on October 23 and 24, 2026. We left out third-party review-site ratings we didn't check.
TrackBee alternatives that install as Shopify apps
These five are Shopify apps priced by orders, the closest like-for-like swaps.

1. Upstack Signal: identity resolution, priced per order
Upstack is our product, so read this section knowing that.
Our take. Signal does TrackBee's core job, sending complete server-side events to Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo and other platforms, without a GTM container. The difference is what happens before an event leaves: each visitor is resolved against our identity graph of 750M+ devices and 150M+ customers using deterministic and probabilistic matching, so a returning shopper on a new device or browser can still be recognized. Pricing follows orders, not revenue, so a high order value doesn't raise the bill.
Skip it if you're a small store where TrackBee Start's $79 covers you, or GA4 is a must-have destination. Our Upstack vs TrackBee comparison covers the trade-off row by row.
How it works, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Shopify and DTC brands with a higher order value, or brands that want identity resolution and multi-touch attribution from one vendor.
How it works
Upstack Signal collects events first-party and sends them server-side, with no GTM containers. An Upstack ID persists for the life of the customer. Destinations include Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Microsoft Ads, X, Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript and Omnisend. Setup takes under 20 minutes.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per order and month to month: $149 a month to 1,000 orders, $249 to 3,000, $399 to 10,000, $699 to 15,000, $1,199 to 30,000 and $1,599 to 50,000, then quoted. 21-day free trial with no credit card, and a 60-day 4x ROI guarantee. Attribution + Signal adds multi-touch attribution from $199 a month. Every band is on our pricing page.
Strengths
Identity resolution included, every supported destination on every band, and multi-touch attribution on the same data.
Limitations
No GA4 destination, no Calendly lead tracking and no AI assistant like TrackBee Insights. Our trial is 21 days to TrackBee's 30. At $25K a month in revenue and a $100 order value, Signal's $149 costs more than TrackBee Start.
2. WeTracked: the lowest paid price, for small and multi-store sellers
Our take. WeTracked is the cheapest paid app here: $49 a month for 500 orders across up to 3 stores. It prices on orders, supports WooCommerce and a long list of third-party checkouts, and sends to more ad channels than TrackBee, including Reddit, X and Taboola. It lists no GA4 destination, and its method relies on a digital fingerprint.
Small and multi-store sellers running Meta, Google and TikTok ads, including WooCommerce stores.
How it works
Per its pricing page FAQ, WeTracked's "360° Data Enrichment Engine" builds a digital fingerprint and stitches sessions server-side, and lets you filter which orders each platform sees. Its integrations page lists Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, Taboola, TikTok, X and Klaviyo.
Pricing (October 2026)
Billed monthly, Starter is $49 for 500 orders and 3 stores, Business $149 for 3,000 orders and 5 stores, Scale-up $249 for 7,500 orders and 10 stores, and Enterprise is quoted above that. Annual billing saves 20%. 14-day trial, and a 60-day money-back guarantee if ROAS doesn't rise 20%.
Strengths
The lowest paid entry price, several stores on every plan and WooCommerce support.
Limitations
No GA4 destination listed, published prices stop at 7,500 orders, and fingerprinting needs checking against your consent setup. We found no Shopify App Store listing.

3. Aimerce: Klaviyo-first tracking with a year-long first-party ID
Our take. Aimerce is built around Klaviyo. Its Durable ID keeps a first-party visitor ID for up to a year, so more returning shoppers stay identifiable for abandonment flows, and its reviews are excellent. It costs more than TrackBee for small stores and doesn't list GA4.
Brands where Klaviyo flows carry a large share of revenue.
How it works
Per its how it works page, Durable ID "captures and enriches all Shopify visitors' data for up to 1 year, beyond Safari's 7-day limit," and sends events to Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Omnisend, Attentive, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit and others.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per its pricing page, billed monthly: Essential $299 for 1,000 orders plus $0.10 per extra order, Growth $499 for 10,000 plus $0.05, Enterprise $1,799 for 50,000 plus $0.03. Annual billing saves 20%. 30-day free trial.
Strengths
A 5.0 rating from 94 App Store reviews, strong Klaviyo tooling and responsive support.
Limitations
A $299 floor below 1,000 orders, no GA4 destination listed, and revenue-lift figures that are its own.
4. Littledata: the per-order swap with GA4 on every plan
Our take. Littledata is the alternative to pick if GA4 is why you liked TrackBee. It's a no-GTM Shopify app priced per order, with GA4, Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, Klaviyo, Attentive and Recharge on every plan. Its Persistent ID, which keeps a visitor recognized for up to a year on the same device, starts on the $199 Scale plan.
Shopify brands that want server-side tracking with accurate GA4 data and no Google Tag Manager.
How it works
Server-side tracking set up without GTM or developers, per its Shopify App Store listing, with an Event Editor and Profit Signal. Scale adds Session Enrichment with Persistent ID and a Segment destination.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per its App Store listing, Flex is $0.35 per order with no minimum. Scale is $199 a month with 1,500 orders included, then $0.15 an order to 3,000 and $0.06 above. Plus is $990 a month for 10,000 orders, then $0.03 an order. Every plan has a 30-day trial, and annual billing on its plans page is 20% off.
Strengths
GA4 as a first-class destination, no GTM, and 4.8 stars from 147 reviews.
Limitations
Persistent ID works on the same device. Flex gets expensive above about 570 orders a month, and Scale climbs with volume.
Our take. Elevar, now sold under the Audiense brand, gives you a documented Shopify data layer that feeds Shopify's Web Pixel and server-side tracking, with or without Google Tag Manager. It's the pick for teams that want to build their own tags. Destinations are limited by plan: Base and Core send only to advertising and analytics tools, so Klaviyo needs Advanced at $650 a month.
Teams that want a data layer and control over custom events, with GA4 alongside the ad platforms.
How it works
Elevar's data layer captures store events and sends them on through Google Tag Manager or a GTM-less setup. Session Enrichment uses a one-year server-set cookie to identify returning users.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per the Audiense Online pricing page, Base is free to 100 orders, Core $225 a month for 2,000 orders, Advanced $650 for 10,000, Premium $1,250 for 30,000, and Elite from $3,000 for 75,000. Base and Core allow 2 advertising or analytics destinations; extra destinations are $125 a month each from Advanced up. Paid plans have a 15-day trial.
Strengths
A mature data layer, many destinations on the top plans, and 4.8 stars from 170 App Store reviews.
Limitations
Klaviyo costs at least $650 a month, expert installation is a $1,000 one-off, and there's no attribution reporting.
6. Stape: server-side GTM hosting, priced by requests
Our take. Stape hosts server-side Google Tag Manager containers, and you or an agency build the tags. If you have that skill in-house, it's the cheapest way to run server-side tracking at volume, and it works on any store platform. It's the opposite of TrackBee's five-minute, no-developer setup.
Teams with GTM skills that want server-side tracking on infrastructure they control.
How it works
You run a server GTM container on Stape's hosting and send events from it to your destinations. Pricing is based on requests to the container, not orders or revenue.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per its pricing page, the Free plan covers 10,000 requests a month. Pro is $20 a month billed monthly, or $17 billed annually, for 500,000 requests. Business is $100 ($83 annually) for 5M requests and Enterprise $200 ($167) for 20M.
Strengths
The lowest running cost at volume, any destination GTM can reach, and a free plan to test with.
Limitations
You build and maintain the tags, and requests aren't orders, so the bill takes some estimating.
7. Shopify's Meta and Google apps: the free starting point
Our take. Before paying for anything, check what Shopify's own channels already do. The Facebook & Instagram channel is free on all Shopify plans, and at its Enhanced or Maximum data-sharing level it sends purchases to Meta through the Conversions API. The Google & YouTube app connects Google Ads for conversion measurement.
Skip it if you run more than two ad platforms or rely on Klaviyo abandonment flows.
How it works, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Stores that advertise only on Meta and Google.
How it works
In the Facebook & Instagram channel you choose a customer data-sharing level; Enhanced and Maximum add the Conversions API for the purchase event, per Shopify's guide to Meta data sharing.
Pricing (October 2026)
Free, per Shopify's help center, checked October 23, 2026. The Google & YouTube app is free to install and rated 4.5 from 5,552 reviews.
Strengths
No cost, built by the platforms themselves.
Limitations
One platform per app, the purchase is the only server-side event to Meta, and nothing for Klaviyo, TikTok or GA4 enrichment.
TrackBee prices on revenue and the others on orders, so a fair comparison needs an order value. This table assumes a $100 average order value, so $25K of tracked revenue is 250 orders. Monthly list prices, billed monthly:

Change the order value and the TrackBee column moves while the others stay put. At a $50 order value, 10,000 orders is $500K of revenue, $449 on Scale. At $200, 1,000 orders is $200K, $299 on Pro.

When to stay on TrackBee
TrackBee is still a good fit if:
Your order value is low to moderate, so tracked revenue stays near your plan's allowance.
You want GA4, Klaviyo and every ad platform on one entry-level plan, with no destination limits.
You run Calendly bookings, ChatGPT Ads, a Hydrogen storefront or a supported custom checkout such as Lasso or CheckyPro, all on its integration list.
You'd use TrackBee Insights to ask about your ad data in Claude or ChatGPT.
If that's you, check you're on the right plan rather than switching. Start is cheapest only up to $45K a month in tracked revenue, and Pro up to $350K; above those, the next plan up costs less.
How to switch from TrackBee
List what TrackBee sends today. Note each connected platform, including GA4, Klaviyo and Calendly, so you can confirm the new tool covers them.
Run both for a short test. Install the new tool and check its events in each platform's test tools, such as Test Events in Meta Events Manager.
Move one destination at a time. Meta deduplicates a browser event and a server event only when both carry the same event name and event ID. Two tools sending the same purchase server-side are counted twice. Connect the new tool's Meta destination and disconnect TrackBee's in the same session, then repeat for the other platforms.
Check Shopify's own Meta channel. If it's set to Enhanced or Maximum data sharing, it also sends purchases through the Conversions API, so decide which tool owns server-side purchases.
Watch your numbers for two weeks. Compare platform-reported conversions and Klaviyo flow entries before and after.
Uninstall TrackBee. TrackBee bills through Shopify every 30 days, so time the uninstall to your billing date and check Settings > Customer events in Shopify for anything left behind.
It depends on why you're leaving. For identity resolution and pricing that doesn't follow your order value, Upstack Signal. For the lowest paid price, WeTracked. For GA4, Littledata. For Klaviyo-first tracking, Aimerce. If you only advertise on Meta and Google, start with Shopify's free apps.
Is there a cheaper alternative to TrackBee?
At $25K a month in revenue and a $100 order value, WeTracked's $49 Starter is the only app here that costs less than TrackBee Start's $79, along with Stape's $20 Pro hosting if you build the tags yourself. At higher revenue, order-based tools often cost less: at $1M a month and 10,000 orders, TrackBee Scale is $824 against $399 for Upstack Signal and $499 for Aimerce Growth.
What are TrackBee's main competitors?
WeTracked, Upstack Signal, Aimerce, Littledata and Elevar are the Shopify apps it's most often compared with, plus Stape for teams that run server-side Google Tag Manager.
Which TrackBee alternatives send data to GA4?
Littledata and Elevar both send to GA4. Stape can, if you build the tags. Upstack Signal, WeTracked and Aimerce don't list GA4 as a destination.
Does TrackBee have a free trial?
Yes, 30 days on every plan, with no credit card and no setup fee, per its pricing page.
Can I use TrackBee on WooCommerce?
No. TrackBee says it builds only for Shopify. WeTracked supports WooCommerce, and Stape works with any platform that can run Google Tag Manager.
