Cometly vs Hyros (2026): B2B SaaS Attribution vs Call-Funnel Tracking, Pricing Compared
Cometly fits B2B SaaS companies that advertise on LinkedIn, Microsoft, Meta and Google and want attribution through to CRM deals. Hyros fits info products, coaching, high-ticket offers and businesses that close sales on booked calls. Neither publishes a price: Cometly prices on your monthly pageviews, and Hyros prices on the revenue it tracks and quotes it on a 15-minute call.
For this Cometly vs Hyros comparison, a companion to our guide to 10 Hyros alternatives, we checked both tools against their own pricing pages, help docs, terms and review listings on October 24, 2026. Upstack is our product and comes up once, near the end, with its limits stated. If neither fits, that guide covers the wider field, and our Hyros review covers Hyros on its own.

How do Cometly and Hyros track conversions?
Cometly pairs a website pixel with server-side tracking. Its pricing page lists both on the Core plan, alongside multi-touch attribution, account journeys, customizable dashboards, an AI agent, an AI Ads Manager and MCP access. The same page says Cometly is "built for B2B SaaS", and the product is shaped around that: account journeys, CRM deals and pipeline rather than store orders.
Hyros calls its approach AI Swarm tracking: it combines your first-party live and historic data with third-party signals, patterns from across the Hyros network and a device fingerprint, so it can recognize the same buyer across devices and sessions. You add Hyros's tracking script to your pages and connect your checkout, CRM and booking tools, and Hyros ties each sale back to its ad clicks.
The practical difference is the unit each tool follows. Cometly follows an account through a B2B pipeline. Hyros follows a lead through a funnel, often to a booked call and a closed deal. Both run server-side, which matters more now that browser pixels lose events to ad blockers and iOS privacy limits; our server-side tracking guide explains why.
Call tracking and the sales pipeline
This is where the two differ most.
Hyros is built for it. Its call tracking page is aimed at B2B calls and lists one-click integrations with Calendly, CallRail, iClosed and HubSpot. Each booked call, close and recurring retainer is tied back to the ad that started the journey, and Hyros sends that data back to Meta and Google so their algorithms learn from closed deals rather than form fills.
Cometly handles calls through an integration. Its help center documents how to track CallRail calls by passing the Cometly token into CallRail, so a call becomes a conversion in Cometly. Pipeline stages come from your CRM; Cometly's Enterprise plan adds CRM and warehouse sync.
If a phone call is where your revenue happens, Hyros is the more complete tool. If calls are one source of leads among many, and the deal closes later in a CRM, Cometly's CRM-first design covers it.
Attribution models compared
Cometly documents eight models in its attribution models guide: first touch, last touch, last non-direct touch, first and last touch source-specific, linear, linear paid and U-shaped. Source-specific models apply first- or last-touch logic only to the channels you pick, which is how Cometly's ads manager views one platform at a time. Windows run up to lifetime.
Hyros documents fewer: last click, first click and the Scientific report, which merges the two and credits each sale to the source that played the biggest part over the time frame you choose. Hyros's own pitch rests less on model choice and more on tracking coverage: catching the calls and closes that ad platforms miss.
More models isn't automatically better. A long B2B cycle with several ad touches benefits from U-shaped or linear views. A high-ticket funnel where one ad brings the lead and a call closes the sale is often well served by first click and last click. Our guide to first click vs last click attribution explains when each kind of model helps.
Sending conversions back to ad platforms
Both tools send conversions server-side so ad platforms optimize on real outcomes.
- Cometly's sync page lists Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft, Reddit and Taboola as ad-platform destinations, plus Snowflake and Amazon Redshift as warehouse export paths; its pricing page puts CRM and warehouse sync on Enterprise. LinkedIn and Microsoft matter for a B2B ad mix.
- Hyros pushes conversions back to Meta, Google and TikTok, and its call tracking page describes sending booked calls and closes back to Meta and Google. Our Hyros review lists the other platforms its docs cover.
Whichever you pick, make sure only one tool sends each conversion to a given platform, or the platform can count it twice.
Cometly vs Hyros pricing
Neither tool publishes a price, which is one of the most common complaints about both.
Cometly offers two plans on its pricing page, Core and Enterprise, and says all plans are tailored to your existing monthly pageviews. No prices are shown, Its pricing FAQ offers monthly or annual billing, with 20% off annual, and says there's no free trial because attribution needs CRM and ad-platform setup first. Enterprise adds a dedicated solutions engineer, CRM and warehouse sync, the Cometly API, Snowflake and BigQuery support, higher pageview and AI-credit allowances, and custom builds.
Hyros has one plan with everything included, per its pricing page: a setup team, an AI analyst, full tracking and the Claude MCP. Your price is "sized to what we track for you" and quoted on a 15-minute setup call, with a guarantee that your ads grow or you don't pay. An older Hyros pricing page, still live, starts at $69 a month for up to $5,000 in tracked monthly revenue. Our Hyros pricing guide has the full tier table and what each tier costs as a share of revenue.
Hyros's terms renew your order automatically for the same term unless you cancel at least 30 days before it ends, and refund requests must be made in writing within 90 days of the first charge. Cometly's pricing FAQ says neither plan needs an annual commitment, since both are available monthly or annually.
The practical upshot: Cometly's cost grows with your site traffic, and Hyros's grows with your revenue. A B2B SaaS company with a lot of content traffic and few deals may find Hyros's model kinder; a high-revenue funnel with little traffic may find Cometly's kinder. Get written quotes from both.
What do reviewers say?
On Trustpilot, Cometly holds 3.8 from 93 reviews. Reviews on the first page of its profile include praise for its server-side tracking and cross-channel view, and complaints about a hard setup and tracking that stopped after setup changes.
Hyros holds 4.9 from 695 reviews, and Trustpilot labels the profile as a paid subscriber. Our Hyros review goes through what its customers praise (hands-on onboarding, seeing which ads make money) and what its one-star reviewers raise (cancelling, refunds and support).
Neither set of ratings tells you much about accuracy for your business. Run any tool next to your source of truth, your CRM for deals or your checkout for orders, for two to four weeks before you commit.
Which should you choose: Cometly or Hyros?
| If your business... | Choose |

| Sells B2B SaaS with a CRM pipeline | Cometly |

| Wants attribution data in Snowflake or BigQuery | Cometly (Enterprise) |

| Sells courses, coaching or high-ticket offers | Hyros |
| Wants a setup team and analyst to configure tracking for you | Hyros |
| Wants several multi-touch models to compare | Cometly |
| Needs a published price before talking to sales | Neither |
When neither is the right fit
Some online stores look at both because they want two things: attribution they trust, and better conversion data reaching Meta. Neither of these tools is built around the store order, and neither publishes a price.
Upstack Data, our product, covers those two jobs for Shopify and DTC brands. Upstack Signal sends server-side events to Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit and Microsoft Ads, matched against an identity graph of 750M+ devices and 150M+ customers with deterministic and probabilistic matching. Upstack Attribution reports first-click, last-click and any-click attribution. Pricing is per order and month to month: Attribution is $99 a month for up to 1,000 orders, and Attribution + Signal is $199, with a 21-day free trial and a 60-day 4x ROI guarantee.
Upstack doesn't track phone calls, doesn't follow B2B pipelines through a CRM, and doesn't do MMM or incrementality testing, so it's not a replacement for either tool's core job.
Frequently asked questions
Is Cometly better than Hyros?
For B2B SaaS companies tracking ads through to CRM deals, Cometly fits better: it has more attribution models, sends conversions to LinkedIn and Microsoft, and syncs to data warehouses on its Enterprise plan. For call-based and high-ticket funnels, Hyros fits better because it's built to tie booked calls and closes back to ads.
Is Cometly cheaper than Hyros?
There's no published answer. Cometly prices on monthly pageviews and Hyros on tracked revenue, and neither shows a price on its main pricing page. Hyros's older pricing page starts at $69 a month for up to $5,000 in tracked monthly revenue. Get written quotes from both for your traffic and revenue.
Does Cometly track phone calls?
Through CallRail. Cometly's help center documents passing the Cometly token into CallRail so calls show up as conversions. Hyros is built for call-based sales and integrates with Calendly, CallRail, iClosed and HubSpot.
Does Cometly still work for ecommerce?
Cometly's pricing page now says it's built for B2B SaaS. Our Cometly vs Triple Whale comparison covers what that shift means for online stores.
Do Cometly and Hyros send conversions to Meta?
Yes. Cometly lists Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft, Reddit, Snapchat and Taboola across its pricing FAQ and sync page. Hyros pushes conversions back to Meta, Google and TikTok. Run only one of them as the source of each conversion event, or Meta can count sales twice.
Can I switch from Hyros to Cometly mid-contract?
Check your Hyros order first. Its terms renew orders automatically for the same term unless you cancel at least 30 days before the term ends. Run Cometly alongside Hyros for a few weeks before you switch which tool sends conversions to your ad platforms.
