Converge Pricing (2026): How Its Usage-Based Pricing, Order Forms and Renewal Terms Work
Converge doesn't publish its prices. Its pricing page says "Only pay for what you use", and every product leads to "Book a demo", so you get a quote on an Order Form. Under its terms, fees are non-refundable and subscriptions renew automatically unless you give written notice at least 30 days before the term ends. No free trial is published.
We checked Converge's pricing page, terms and documentation on October 24, 2026. Converge here means Converge Technologies, the DTC attribution and server-side tracking platform at runconverge.com. If you're still choosing a tool, our comparison of 7 Converge alternatives covers the field, and our Converge review covers what the product does. Upstack is our product, and we compare it below with its limits stated plainly.
How much does Converge cost?
Converge doesn't say. The Converge pricing page is headed "Pricing built to scale with your business" with the line "Only pay for what you use", and each of its three product groups has a "Book a demo" button instead of a price. We found no published price on its site or in its documentation on October 24, 2026.
What that means in practice:
- You'll need a call to get a number. There's no calculator, plan table or starting price.
- The quote is usage-based. Converge doesn't say which usage measure sets it, such as orders, events, sessions or revenue. Ask on the demo.
- The price and term live on an Order Form. Its terms say you pay the fees set out on the relevant Order Form.
What Converge's pricing covers
The pricing page groups the product into three blocks. Each lists its features but no price:
| Product group | What it includes, per the pricing page |
|---|---|
| Agentic Marketing | Agentic Media Buying (Assistant, Copilot and Autopilot modes that shift spend with your approval, with persistent memory and access to in-platform and attribution data) and Routines (automated reporting, analysis or monitoring, sent to Slack or email) |
| Marketing Reporting | The MCP server (all attribution and analytics data in Claude, ChatGPT or Slack), multi-touch attribution (real-time data, 13+ models, infinite windows, flexible accounting modes) and marketing analytics (pacing, custom dashboards, profitability, landing page, product and cohort analytics) |
| Data Infrastructure | Conversion tracking: server-side tracking, deterministic identity resolution, event enrichment, an abandoned flow boost, new customer and subscription events, unlimited stores, sources and destinations, dedicated expert support, data integrity alerts, real-time event logs, headless and cross-domain setups, and consent mode and CMP integrations |
The page doesn't say whether you can buy one group on its own or whether the agent requires attribution and tracking underneath. Ask how the blocks are bundled before the call ends.
Two details on the same page are worth knowing. Unlimited stores, sources and destinations means Converge doesn't appear to charge per destination, unlike Elevar's per-destination add-on. And "infinite attribution windows" on the pricing page differs from its attribution docs, which list fixed windows of 1, 3, 7, 14, 30 or 90 days. Ask which applies to the plan you're quoted.
Converge contract terms
Converge's terms and conditions set the rules that sit around any quote:
| Term | What Converge's terms say |
|---|---|
| Fees | Set on the Order Form; all fees are non-refundable |
| Price changes | Converge may change fees at the end of an Order Form term, with 30 days' written notice, unless the Order Form says otherwise |
| Renewal | Subscriptions renew automatically for the expiring term or one year, whichever is shorter, unless either side gives written notice at least 30 days before the term ends (email is acceptable) |
| Late payment | Interest of 1.5% a month, or the legal maximum if higher, and access can be suspended until you pay |
| Your data after you leave | Converge has no obligation to keep your content after termination and may delete it |
| Liability | Capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim |
| Disputes | Individual arbitration, which you can opt out of by emailing within 30 days of accepting the terms |
The Order Form can change any of these, so read it alongside the terms. The one to calendar is renewal: if you don't give notice at least 30 days before the term ends, it renews.
Does Converge have a free trial?
No trial is published. Every product on the pricing page leads to a demo, and its quickstart docs describe setting up "customer data infrastructure in hours, not weeks" once you're a customer. If you want to test before you sign, ask whether a pilot or a short first term is available.
What to ask on a Converge demo
Because nothing is published, the demo is where the price gets set. Go in with these questions:
- What usage sets my price? Orders, events, sessions, ad spend or revenue, and what happens when it rises mid-term.
- Which product groups are in the quote? Agentic Marketing, Marketing Reporting and Data Infrastructure, and whether any can be bought alone.
- What's the term, and when is the renewal notice due? The default is automatic renewal with 30 days' notice.
- Is onboarding included? The pricing page lists dedicated expert support under conversion tracking; confirm whether setup is part of the fee.
- Which attribution windows do I get? The pricing page says infinite; the docs list fixed options up to 90 days.
- How do I keep my data if I leave? Under the terms, Converge doesn't have to keep your content after termination, so ask about exports, and whether a BigQuery destination is included.
How Converge pricing compares with alternatives
Converge is the only tool here with no published price. The others publish at least a starting point:
| Tool | Pricing basis | Published entry price | Term | Free trial |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Converge | Usage | Not published | Order Form; renews automatically | None published |
| Orders | $99/mo (Attribution) or $199/mo (Attribution + Signal) to 1,000 orders | Month to month | 21 days | |
| GMV | Free plan; Foundation $219/mo on its Shopify listing | Paid plans are 12-month subscriptions | Free plan | |
| Ad spend and pageviews | Starter $1,500 | Starter month to month; Professional and Enterprise annual | None; demo | |
| GMV | Core from $750/mo on its Shopify listing | Billed every 30 days; annual discounts | Not listed | |
| Pageviews | $99/mo | No enterprise contracts | 14 days |
A few notes on reading the table:
- Upstack prices per order, month to month: Attribution is $99, $249 and $699 a month at 1,000, 10,000 and 30,000 orders, and Attribution + Signal is $199, $499 and $1,499, per our pricing page. It offers a 21-day free trial and a 60-day 4x ROI guarantee. It has no AI media-buying agent and no GA4 destination.
- Triple Whale's price rises with GMV; our Triple Whale pricing guide has the bands.
- Northbeam's published prices are starting points informed by pageviews; see our Northbeam pricing guide.
- Polar and ThoughtMetric figures come from their Shopify App Store listings and pricing pages, checked October 24, 2026.
Is Converge worth the price?
You can't judge that from its website, because there's no price to weigh. Judge it on what you'd use. Converge does more than most tools here: an AI agent that proposes and executes budget changes, 15 attribution models in its docs, and server-side sending to 26 ad platforms plus email, GA4, Segment and BigQuery. If you'll use the agent and the breadth of destinations, a quote may well be worth taking.
If you mainly need server-side events and attribution, compare the quote with tools that publish prices, and weigh the contract as well as the number: an auto-renewing Order Form with non-refundable fees is a bigger commitment than a month-to-month plan.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Converge cost?
Converge doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page says "Only pay for what you use" and asks you to book a demo; the price and term are set on an Order Form.
Does Converge have a free trial?
No free trial is published. Every product on its pricing page leads to a demo.
Is Converge priced on revenue?
Converge doesn't say. Its pricing is described as usage-based, without naming the usage measure. Ask whether orders, events, sessions, ad spend or revenue set your price.
Can I cancel Converge anytime?
Its terms renew subscriptions automatically for the expiring term or one year, whichever is shorter, unless you give written notice at least 30 days before the term ends. Fees are non-refundable, so check your Order Form for the term and renewal date.
Does Converge charge per destination?
Its pricing page lists unlimited stores, sources and destinations under conversion tracking, so destinations don't appear to be priced one by one. Confirm on the demo.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Converge?
Without a Converge quote there's no direct comparison. Among tools that publish prices, ThoughtMetric starts at $99 a month, Upstack Attribution at $99 and Attribution + Signal at $199 for up to 1,000 orders, and Triple Whale has a free plan. Our Converge alternatives guide compares seven.
