Elevar Pricing (2026): Plans, Order Limits, Destinations and Fees Explained
Elevar has five plans. Base is free for up to 100 orders a month, Core is $225 a month for 2,000 orders, Advanced $650 for 10,000, Premium $1,250 for 30,000, and Elite starts at $3,000 for 75,000. Extra orders cost $0.75 down to $0.04 each, and each plan caps how many destinations you can send data to.
Elevar is now sold under the Audiense brand; our guide to 8 Elevar alternatives explains the change and the tools people compare it with. Every figure on this page was checked on October 24, 2026 against the Audiense Online pricing page (getelevar.com/pricing now redirects there), Elevar's Shopify App Store listing and Elevar's billing FAQ. Upstack is our product, and it competes with Elevar, so we've kept to what Elevar publishes.

Prices are monthly. The Shopify listing says recurring and usage charges are billed every 30 days, and neither page offers an annual plan or annual discount. The paid plans come with a 15-day free trial.
The column most buyers miss is the last one. Base and Core can only send to advertising and analytics destinations, such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and GA4. Email and SMS tools like Klaviyo, Attentive and Postscript, plus affiliate networks and BigQuery, start on Advanced. So a store that wants Elevar to feed Klaviyo pays at least $650 a month, whatever its order volume.
Which plan your order volume lands on
Because the overage rate falls on each higher plan, the next plan up becomes cheaper sooner than you'd expect:
| Monthly orders | Cheapest plan | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 400 | Base | 300 extra orders at $0.75 is $225, the price of Core |
| 400 to 2,850 | Core | Past 2,850 orders, Core plus $0.50 overage passes $650 |
| 2,850 to 14,000 | Advanced | Past 14,000 orders, Advanced plus $0.15 overage passes $1,250 |
| 14,000 to 47,500 | Premium | Past 47,500 orders, Premium plus $0.10 overage passes Elite's $3,000 starting price |
| Above 47,500 | Elite | Quoted by sales from $3,000 |
That table assumes two advertising or analytics destinations. Add Klaviyo, or a third destination, and the floor is Advanced.
How does Elevar pricing work?
Six rules decide what you pay:
- Orders set the price. Per Elevar's billing FAQ, an order counts when Elevar's servers process it and send it to at least one server-side destination. An order sent to GA4, Meta, TikTok and Google Ads counts once.
- Some orders don't count. Orders a shopper's consent choice blocks, through Elevar's consent integration, and draft orders you block from sending aren't counted.
- Tracking doesn't stop at the limit. Past your allowance, Elevar keeps sending events and charges the per-order fee for each extra order.
- Destinations are capped by plan. You get 2 on Base and Core, 4 on Advanced, 10 on Premium and 25 on Elite.
- Extra destinations are an Advanced-and-up add-on. Each one costs $125 a month on Advanced, Premium and Elite. Base and Core can't add destinations, so a third destination means upgrading.
- You can change plans in your settings. Elevar's billing FAQ says you can switch plans at any time. Accounts on plans from before January 2023 can stay on them for now, but Elevar says it will retire those plans.
What's included in each Elevar plan?
Every plan includes the same tracking core: server-side tracking, Elevar's data layer and event pipeline, identity resolution, session enrichment, privacy and consent tools, and monitoring alerts. What changes is volume, destinations, a few features and support.
Elevar Base
Free, for up to 100 orders a month and 2 advertising or analytics destinations. Support is basic, meaning AI chat and the knowledge base. Base suits a new store or a test install. Past about 400 orders a month, its $0.75 overage makes it dearer than Core.
Elevar Core
$225 a month for 2,000 orders, with the same 2-destination limit and the same destination types as Base. Support moves to standard, with replies within 24 hours. Core fits a store that sends to Meta and Google Ads and nothing else.
Elevar Advanced
$650 a month for 10,000 orders and 4 destinations of any type, so this is the first plan that can feed Klaviyo or an affiliate network. Advanced adds custom events and triggers, and profit optimization, which sends profit-aware signals to your destinations. Support stays standard, within 24 hours.
Elevar Premium
$1,250 a month for 30,000 orders and 10 destinations. Premium adds Shopify Markets support, multi-storefront tracking under one plan, the Elevar API framework for platforms other than Shopify (Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud among them), and predicted lifetime value and a comeback score in beta. Support moves to priority, within 12 hours.
Elevar Elite
From $3,000 a month for 75,000 orders and 25 destinations, with the lowest overage at $0.04 an order. Elite is quoted by sales and only appears on the Audiense pricing page, not the Shopify listing.
Elevar add-ons and one-time fees
The Audiense pricing page lists these on top of the plan price:
| Add-on | Price | Available on |
|---|---|---|
| Extra destination | $125 a month each | Advanced, Premium, Elite |
| Expert installation | $1,000 one-time | Core and up |
| Headless expert installation | $4,500 one-time | Core and up |
| API expert installation | $4,500 one-time | Premium, Elite |
| Analyst services, Tier 1 (up to 3 requests a month) | $500 a month | Advanced and up |
| Analyst services, Tier 2 (up to 10 requests a month) | $1,000 a month | Premium, Elite |
| Tailored Start for predicted LTV and comeback score | $500 a month | Premium (Fast Start is included) |

Installation is optional; the app has a setup wizard. When we checked, the Audiense Online page offered free white-glove installation to stores signing up before November 6, 2026. That's a dated promotion, not a standing price.
The Shopify listing and the Audiense page, side by side
The two pages agree on every plan price, order allowance, overage rate and destination limit we checked. They differ in what they show:
- The Shopify listing shows four plans. Base, Core, Advanced and Premium, with "contact us for higher volume pricing" under Premium. Elite appears only on the Audiense page.
- The Shopify listing leaves out the add-ons. The $125 destination fee, the installation fees and analyst services are on the Audiense page only.
- The naming differs. The listing is titled "Elevar Conversion Tracking" and describes the product as Elevar from Audiense. Audiense sells the same product as Audiense Online.
If you install through Shopify, your bill arrives through Shopify at the listed plan price. Use the Audiense page for everything around it.
Elevar prices you'll see elsewhere, and why they differ
Search for Elevar pricing and you'll find plan names and prices that don't match this page. Most come from Elevar's earlier plans, and even Elevar's own billing FAQ still uses a $200 plan in its worked example. This guide gives Elevar's current pricing as of October 2026, from its Shopify App Store listing and the Audiense Online pricing page. If a quote names a plan other than Base, Core, Advanced, Premium or Elite, check it against those two pages before you budget.
Does Elevar have a free trial?
Yes. Core, Advanced and Premium each come with a 15-day free trial, per the Shopify listing, and the Audiense page leads with "free for 15 days." Base is free with no trial needed, up to 100 orders a month and 2 advertising or analytics destinations.
A trial on Base or Core won't show you how Elevar handles Klaviyo or other email and SMS tools, since those need Advanced.
Can you cancel Elevar at any time?
Elevar publishes no minimum term. Plans are billed every 30 days through Shopify, and Shopify's help center says uninstalling a paid app cancels future recurring charges, though you might still be billed for the current cycle.
Removing Elevar takes more than an uninstall. Its removal guide has you switch off the app embed in every theme, take each destination offline, and disconnect Elevar's checkout pixel in Shopify's customer events. Run your replacement alongside it first, so you aren't without tracking in between.
What Elevar costs at your order volume
Here's the cheapest Elevar plan for four example stores, first with two advertising destinations (Meta and Google Ads, say), then with four destinations or any email tool such as Klaviyo:
| Orders a month | 2 ad or analytics destinations | 4 destinations, or Klaviyo | First 12 months, 2 destinations | First 12 months, 4 destinations |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | Core, $225 | Advanced, $650 | $2,700 | $7,800 |
| 5,000 | Advanced, $650 | Advanced, $650 | $7,800 | $7,800 |
| 10,000 | Advanced, $650 | Advanced, $650 | $7,800 | $7,800 |
| 30,000 | Premium, $1,250 | Premium, $1,250 | $15,000 | $15,000 |
Three things move those numbers:
- A fifth destination. On Advanced, it adds $125 a month, or $1,500 a year.
- Expert installation. Add $1,000 once, or $4,500 for a headless store.
- Staying on a plan too long. A store at 5,000 orders that stays on Core pays $1,725 a month ($225 plus 3,000 extra orders at $0.50). Moving to Advanced once you pass about 2,850 orders costs less.
The surprise is the small store with Klaviyo. At 1,000 orders a month it pays the same $650 as a store doing 10,000, because email destinations start on Advanced.
Is Elevar worth the price?
Elevar is worth paying for if you'll use what sets it apart: a mature Shopify data layer, a catalog of 50+ destinations including affiliate networks like Impact and AWIN, and, on Premium, multi-storefront tracking and predicted LTV. It works with Google Tag Manager or without it; Elevar documents both setups. Merchants rate it 4.8 stars from 170 reviews on the Shopify App Store, and our Elevar review covers what they praise and criticize.
It's harder to justify in two cases:
- A smaller store that needs Klaviyo. Advanced at $650 a month is a lot of tracking spend for a store doing 1,000 or 2,000 orders.
- A store that needs attribution reporting too. Elevar sends events; it doesn't attribute revenue to campaigns. Brands that want both often pair it with an analytics tool, which is the comparison in our Elevar vs Triple Whale guide.

A few notes on reading that table:
- Littledata is the closest per-order match. Its Scale plan includes 1,500 orders for $199, then charges $0.15 an order to 3,000 and $0.06 above. See Elevar vs Littledata.
- Upstack Signal is our product. It's priced by order band, month to month, with no data layer to build your own tags on. See Upstack vs Elevar.
- Stape hosts server-side Google Tag Manager containers, so the bill is low but someone has to build and maintain the tags. See Stape vs Elevar.
- Blotout prices by events, not orders. Starter is billed monthly; Growth ($400 a month) and Professional ($800) are annual commitments invoiced monthly, with a 30-day trial and a 60-day opt-out. See Blotout vs Elevar.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Elevar cost per month?
Elevar's paid plans are $225 a month for Core, $650 for Advanced, $1,250 for Premium and from $3,000 for Elite. Base is free for up to 100 orders a month. Extra orders, extra destinations and installation services cost more.
Is Elevar free?
Elevar's Base plan is free for up to 100 orders a month and 2 advertising or analytics destinations. Each order past 100 costs $0.75, so Base costs more than Core once you pass about 400 orders a month.
Does Elevar charge per order?
Yes. Each plan includes a monthly order allowance, and every order past it is charged individually: $0.75 on Base, $0.50 on Core, $0.15 on Advanced, $0.10 on Premium and $0.04 on Elite. An order sent to several destinations counts once.
How much does an extra destination cost on Elevar?
$125 a month for each destination beyond your plan's limit, on Advanced, Premium and Elite. Base and Core can't add destinations, so a third destination on those plans means upgrading to Advanced.
Does Elevar have a free trial?
Yes, 15 days on Core, Advanced and Premium. Base is free to use without a trial.
Is Audiense Online the same as Elevar?
Yes. Elevar joined Buxton, which now operates under the Audiense brand, and Elevar's conversion tracking is sold as Audiense Online at the same prices as the Elevar app on Shopify. Our Elevar review covers the ownership change.
Can I cancel Elevar anytime?
Elevar publishes no minimum term, and plans bill every 30 days through Shopify. Uninstalling stops future charges, but you may be billed for the current cycle, and you should remove Elevar's theme embed and checkout pixel as well.
Compare Elevar with a per-order alternative
If most of your Elevar bill pays for Meta, Google and Klaviyo events, our Upstack vs Elevar comparison shows what changes when every destination is included in a per-order price, and where Elevar still does more than Upstack.
