Aimerce Pricing (2026): Plans, Order Limits, Annual Billing and Add-Ons Explained
Aimerce has three plans, all priced by orders. Essential is $299 a month for 1,000 orders, Growth $499 for 10,000 and Enterprise $1,799 for 50,000, with extra orders at $0.10, $0.05 and $0.03. Annual billing saves 20%, and every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.

The annual prices are 20% below twelve monthly payments: Essential's $2,870 compares with $3,588, Growth's $4,790 with $5,988, and Enterprise's $17,270 with $21,588. Per the pricing page, annual billing has no per-order charges, and the prices shown are for stores within each plan's included orders; the app quotes your exact annual price from your order volume.
Which plan your order volume lands on
Because each plan's overage rate is lower than the one below it, the cheapest plan changes at two points:

Between 1,000 and 3,000 orders, Essential and Growth cost about the same, and Growth adds custom events, headless support and attribution reporting. Most stores in that band should be on Growth.
How does Aimerce pricing work?
Aimerce charges by Shopify orders, not by revenue, ad spend or events. Each plan includes a monthly order allowance, and orders above it are billed per order at that plan's rate. The Shopify listing says recurring and usage charges are billed in US dollars every 30 days.
A few rules shape what you pay:
- You pay the plan price below the allowance. Essential is $299 at 100 orders or 1,000. There's no free plan and no smaller tier.
- Overage is per order. $0.10 on Essential, $0.05 on Growth and $0.03 on Enterprise.
- Annual billing changes the model. Per the pricing page, the annual price has no per-order charges and is quoted from your order volume, so a store above its plan's allowance should ask for the annual quote before assuming the listed annual price.
- You can change plans at any time. Per the refund policy, upgrades and downgrades take effect at the new rate on the next billing cycle.
What's included in each Aimerce plan?
Aimerce Essential
$299 a month for 1,000 orders. It includes the core tracking product: the Aimerce Durable Pixel, one-click server-side tracking, first-party data enrichment, the Klaviyo Revenue Amplifier, the Meta Conversions API enhancer, Google Enhanced Conversions, cross-device tracking, express-checkout click ID relinking and other integrations such as TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat. The Shopify listing also names OpenAI server-side tracking on Essential. Support is described as high-touch technical support, with no response time stated.
Aimerce Growth
$499 a month for 10,000 orders. Everything in Essential, plus headless integration support, attribution analytics and reporting, live activities and user journeys, a second popup and custom events, with a 12-hour support SLA. The second popup and custom events are paid add-ons on Essential, so Growth folds $88 a month of add-ons into the price.
Aimerce Enterprise
$1,799 a month for 50,000 orders. Everything in Growth, plus a dedicated customer success manager, customized integrations and a 6-hour support SLA.

Aima credit packs need an active Aimerce subscription and renew monthly. The pricing page says subscribers now get 500 bonus credits a month. Aimerce describes Aima as working in Slack threads, running scheduled reports and audits, and creating drafts and tickets where supported. It doesn't publish how many credits a given task uses, so budget a pack after a trial month rather than before.

The two agree on the plans, order allowances and overage rates. They differ in what else they show:

If you install from the App Store and pay through Shopify, expect monthly billing. Annual billing and add-ons are arranged through Aimerce.
Does Aimerce have a free trial?
Yes. The pricing page offers a 30-day free trial of the Aimerce Pixel, followed by a money-back guarantee described as: "Aimerce pays for itself or you don't pay anything." Aimerce doesn't publish how "pays for itself" is measured or how long the guarantee runs.
Its refund policy covers the mechanics: you request a refund from support by email or live chat, and once a refund is approved the money returns to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. If the guarantee matters to your decision, ask Aimerce to confirm in writing which metric decides it before the trial ends.
Can you cancel Aimerce at any time?
Yes. The pricing page says "Cancel Anytime," and the refund policy says customers may cancel at any time. Two details matter:
- Subscriptions renew automatically. Monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions renew on their due date until cancelled in writing.
- No refunds for partial months. Cancelling mid-cycle doesn't refund the rest of that month, so time it to your billing date.

Essential at 2,000 orders is $299 plus 1,000 extra orders at $0.10. Growth at 30,000 orders is $499 plus 20,000 extra orders at $0.05. Add $49 a month on Essential if you need custom events.
The shape is worth noticing. Aimerce is expensive per order for small stores and cheap per order for stores between 5,000 and 30,000 orders, where Growth's $499 covers a lot of volume.
Is Aimerce worth the price?
Our take. It depends on how much revenue your Klaviyo flows carry, because that's what Aimerce is built to lift. Aimerce's homepage shows customer results with Klaviyo revenue lifts from 14% to 188%; those are its own figures, so test on your store.
A simple check: take your monthly flow revenue, apply your gross margin, and see what lift covers the plan.

If your flows earn little, the $299 floor is hard to recover. If they carry a large share of revenue, a few percent of extra flow entries pays for Growth. Run the 30-day trial against the same weeks last year or a holdout, not against a vendor dashboard.

Is Klaviyo included on every Aimerce plan?
Yes. The Klaviyo Revenue Amplifier, which sends more abandonment events into your flows, is part of Essential, so it's on every plan. The second Klaviyo sign-up popup is a $39-a-month add-on on Essential and included on Growth and Enterprise.
Does Aimerce work with headless Shopify stores?
Yes, from the Growth plan at $499 a month. Headless integration support, including Hydrogen and custom JavaScript setups, isn't part of Essential.
