7 WeTracked Alternatives for Shopify (2026): Server-Side Ad Tracking Without a Fingerprint, Compared

The best WeTracked alternative depends on why you're leaving. If you want identity built on data your customers gave you rather than a device fingerprint, Upstack Signal resolves visitors against an identity graph and is $149 a month for up to 1,000 orders. TrackBee is the closest like-for-like app, priced on tracked revenue with a 30-day trial. Littledata adds GA4 with no Google Tag Manager, and Shopify's free channel apps may be all a Meta-and-Google store needs.

We checked every price, plan, trial and feature claim for these WeTracked alternatives on each vendor's own site or Shopify App Store listing on October 24, 2026. Upstack Signal is our product and sits first, with its limitations listed as plainly as everyone else's. WeTracked is cheaper than most of this list, so this guide also says when you should stay.

What WeTracked does, and what it costs

WeTracked sells server-side ad tracking for Shopify, WooCommerce and a set of funnel and custom checkouts. Its core is what it calls a "360° Data Enrichment Engine," which, per its features page, "builds a cookie-proof digital fingerprint" and stitches sessions across devices and browsers. It sends purchases and other events back to each ad platform's pixel, lets you filter which orders each platform sees by country, value, product or source, and includes a reporting dashboard called Pulse.

Its integrations page lists nine ad channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Taboola Realize and X), Klaviyo, Shopify, WooCommerce, Funnelish and six checkouts. The Klaviyo piece is marketed on its own page as the Klaviyo Revenue Booster, with an "Activate Integration For Free" button.

On price, per its pricing page on October 24, 2026:

Every plan lists all ad channels, unlimited pixels per store, unlimited ad spend and revenue, 24/7 live chat and a 60-day money-back guarantee, which its FAQ ties to your ROAS rising 20%. Creative Analytics, in beta, starts on Business. Our WeTracked pricing guide covers the billing terms and worked costs, and our WeTracked review covers how it works and what merchants say.

Why do people look for WeTracked alternatives?

WeTracked has 4.7 stars from 1,064 reviews on Trustpilot, with 96% five-star, so this isn't a list of complaints about its support. The reasons that come up are structural:

  • The method is a fingerprint. WeTracked says its fingerprint is GDPR compliant. Some teams still prefer identity built on what a shopper typed in, such as an email at checkout, over matching on device characteristics, and that's a question for whoever owns privacy at your company.
  • Published plans stop at 7,500 orders. Above that, Enterprise is a quote, and the terms of service say orders above your plan are billed as overage at a rate the pricing page doesn't publish.
  • No GA4 destination. WeTracked's integrations list has no GA4, so stores that want GA4 fed server-side need a second tool.
  • The refund terms are narrower than the guarantee. The pricing page offers a 60-day money-back guarantee, while the terms of service, last updated April 2023, say fees are non-refundable except in two cases. Read both before you rely on the guarantee.
  • Reporting is newer than the tracking. In a Trustpilot reply posted the day we checked, WeTracked said its Pulse dashboard "is still in beta," answering a one-star review about Pulse revenue that didn't match the ad platforms.
  • No public Shopify App Store listing. We found none in an App Store search. You install a connector app through a link from WeTracked's dashboard instead.

How we compared these tools

Each tool was checked on the same questions: what you pay for and the lowest published price; how it recognizes a returning visitor; which ad platforms, analytics and email tools it sends to; whether you maintain a Google Tag Manager container; whether you can try it first, and on what terms; and who should skip it. Everything comes from vendor pricing pages, product pages, help docs, terms and Shopify App Store listings, checked on October 23 and 24, 2026.

WeTracked alternatives that install as Shopify apps

These five are Shopify apps you install and configure without a developer, the closest swaps for WeTracked.

1. Upstack Signal: identity resolution instead of a fingerprint

Upstack is our product, so read this section knowing that.

Our take. Signal does WeTracked's core job, sending complete server-side events to every major ad platform, without a GTM container. The difference is what happens before an event leaves: each visitor is resolved against our identity graph of 750M+ devices and 150M+ customers, using deterministic and probabilistic matching, and an Upstack ID persists for the life of the customer. It costs more than WeTracked at every volume WeTracked publishes, and we'd rather say that up front.

Skip it if price per order decides it. Our Upstack vs WeTracked comparison says so row by row.

How it works, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Shopify and DTC brands that want returning shoppers recognized across devices and want the same identity in Klaviyo.
How it works
Upstack Signal collects events first-party and sends them server-side. Destinations include Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Microsoft Ads, X, Taboola and Klaviyo, plus WooCommerce, Funnelish and Checkout Champ as sources. Setup takes under 20 minutes, and a US-based rep configures it with you.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per order and month to month: $149 a month to 1,000 orders, $249 to 3,000, $399 to 10,000, $699 to 15,000, $1,199 to 30,000 and $1,599 to 50,000, then quoted. 21-day free trial with no credit card, and a 60-day 4x ROI guarantee. Every band is on our pricing page.
Strengths
Identity resolution included, published pricing past 7,500 orders, and every supported destination on every band.
Limitations
More expensive than WeTracked at 500, 3,000 and 7,500 orders. One store per subscription, where WeTracked bundles up to 10. No GA4 destination, and no support for Sticky.io, Checkify or the other smaller checkouts WeTracked lists.

2. TrackBee: the closest app-for-app swap

Our take. TrackBee is the nearest like-for-like tool: a Shopify app that sends server-side events enriched with first-party session data, with all 19 of its integrations on every plan and a 30-day trial with no card. It prices on tracked revenue rather than orders, so it costs more than WeTracked for most stores and less for stores with a low average order value and high order counts.

Skip it if you sell on WooCommerce or a third-party checkout. Our TrackBee vs WeTracked comparison goes through the two in detail.

How it works, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Shopify stores, including headless Hydrogen builds, that want GA4 and Klaviyo alongside the ad platforms.
How it works
Server-side events from the store, enriched with first-party session data, running alongside your existing pixels, per its pricing page. Its integrations page lists Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads, ChatGPT Ads and Whop Ads, plus Klaviyo, GA4 and Calendly.
Pricing (October 2026)
Start is $79 a month for $25K in tracked revenue, then $6 per extra $1K. Pro is $199 for $100K, then $1 per $1K. Scale is $449 for $500K, then $0.75 per $1K. Plans include 2, 4 or 6 stores, then $49 a month per extra store. Its Insights add-on is $19.99 a month.
Strengths
GA4 included, a longer trial than WeTracked, and published pricing well past 7,500 orders.
Limitations
No WooCommerce. A higher order value raises the bill. Its Shopify App Store listing has 4.8 stars from only 8 reviews.

Source: TrackBee pricing page, checked October 2026.

3. Littledata: GA4 and ad platforms with no GTM

Our take. Littledata is a no-GTM Shopify app priced per order, with all 9 of its destinations, including GA4 and Klaviyo, on every plan. It's the pick if GA4 accuracy matters to you as much as the ad platforms.

Skip it if you advertise on Reddit, X or Taboola. See our Elevar vs Littledata comparison and Upstack vs Littledata.

How it works, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Shopify brands that want server-side tracking for GA4, Meta and Klaviyo without GTM.
How it works
Server-side tracking set up without GTM or developers, per its Shopify App Store listing, with an Event Editor and Profit Signal. Scale adds Session Enrichment with Persistent ID, which keeps a visitor recognized for up to a year on the same device.
Pricing (October 2026)
Flex is $0.35 per order with no minimum. Scale is $199 a month with 1,500 orders included, then $0.15 an order to 3,000 and $0.06 above. Plus is $990 a month for 10,000 orders, then $0.03 an order. Every plan has a 30-day trial, and annual billing on its plans page is 20% off.
Strengths
GA4 as a destination, no GTM, and 4.8 stars from 147 App Store reviews.
Limitations
Per-order costs climb faster than WeTracked's flat plans: at 3,000 orders Scale is $424 against WeTracked's $149. No Reddit, X or Taboola among its destinations.

Source: Plans page, checked October 2026.

4. Aimerce: for Klaviyo-heavy brands

Our take. Aimerce is built around Klaviyo: its Durable ID keeps a first-party visitor ID for up to a year so more returning shoppers stay identifiable for abandonment flows, and it sends the same events to Meta and Google. It's far more expensive than WeTracked for a small store.

Skip it if ad platforms, not Klaviyo, are why you bought WeTracked. See our Aimerce alternatives guide and Upstack vs Aimerce.

How it works, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Shopify brands where Klaviyo flows carry a large share of revenue.
How it works
A first-party pixel and server-side tracking with Durable ID, per its how it works page. Integrations include Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Omnisend, Attentive, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per its pricing page, Essential is $299 a month for 1,000 orders plus $0.10 an order, Growth $499 for 10,000 plus $0.05, and Enterprise $1,799 for 50,000 plus $0.03. Annual billing saves 20%, and there's a 30-day free trial.
Strengths
Klaviyo tooling and 5.0 stars from 94 Shopify App Store reviews.
Limitations
$299 a month even at 100 orders. No published identity graph.

Source: Aimerce pricing page, checked October 2026.

5. Elevar: a Shopify data layer to build on

Our take. Elevar, now sold under the Audiense brand, gives you a documented Shopify data layer that feeds the Web Pixel and server-side tracking, through Google Tag Manager or a GTM-less setup. It suits teams that want control over every event. It limits destinations by plan, which makes it expensive for a store that sends to more than two.

Skip it if you run ads on more than two platforms and want to stay under $250 a month. See our Elevar pricing guide and Upstack vs Elevar.

How it works, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Teams that build their own tags and want a data layer underneath.
How it works
Elevar's data layer captures store events and sends them server-side, with Session Enrichment recognizing returning visitors through a one-year server-set cookie.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per the Audiense Online pricing page, Base is free to 100 orders, Core $225 a month for 2,000 orders, Advanced $650 for 10,000 and Premium $1,250 for 30,000. Base and Core allow 2 advertising or analytics destinations; Advanced allows 4, and extra destinations are $125 a month each from Advanced up. Paid plans have a 15-day trial.
Strengths
A mature data layer, GA4 among its destinations, and 4.8 stars from 170 App Store reviews.
Limitations
Core covers only two ad or analytics destinations, so a store on Meta, Google, TikTok and Klaviyo needs Advanced at $650. Expert installation is a $1,000 one-off.

For teams with Google Tag Manager skills

6. Stape: server-side GTM hosting, priced by requests

Our take. Stape hosts server-side Google Tag Manager containers, and you or an agency build the tags. If you have that skill in-house, it's the cheapest way to run server-side tracking at volume, and nothing in it relies on a fingerprint unless you build one.

Skip it if nobody on your team works in GTM. See our Stape alternatives guide and Upstack vs Stape.

How it works, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Teams with GTM skills that want server-side tracking on infrastructure they control.
How it works
You run a server GTM container on Stape's hosting and send events from it to your destinations. Pricing is based on requests to the container, not orders.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per its pricing page, the Free plan covers 10,000 requests a month. Pro is $20 a month billed monthly, or $17 billed annually, for 500,000 requests. Business is $100 ($83 annually) for 5M requests and Enterprise $200 ($167) for 20M.
Strengths
The lowest running cost at volume and a free plan to test with.
Limitations
You build and maintain the tags, and requests aren't orders, so the bill takes some estimating. Our Stape pricing guide works through it.

The free option

7. Shopify's Meta and Google apps: the free starting point

Our take. Before paying for anything, check what Shopify's own channels already do. The Facebook & Instagram channel is free on all Shopify plans, and at its Enhanced or Maximum data-sharing level it sends purchases to Meta through the Conversions API. The Google & YouTube app connects Google Ads for conversion measurement.

Skip it if you advertise on more than Meta and Google.

How it works, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Stores that advertise only on Meta and Google.
How it works
In the Facebook & Instagram channel you choose a customer data-sharing level; Enhanced and Maximum add the Conversions API for the purchase event, per Shopify's guide to Meta data sharing.
Pricing (October 2026)
Free, per Shopify's help center, checked October 23, 2026.
Strengths
No cost, built by the platforms themselves.
Limitations
One platform per app, the purchase is the only server-side event to Meta, and nothing for TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, X or Taboola.

What each alternative costs at your order volume

Monthly list prices, billed monthly, for a store sending events to Meta, Google and TikTok:

Monthly ordersWeTrackedUpstack SignalTrackBee ($60 order)LittledataAimerceElevar
500$49 (Starter)$149$109 (Start)$175 (Flex)$299 (Essential)$650 (Advanced)
3,000$149 (Business)$249$279 (Pro)$424 (Scale)$499$650 (Advanced)
7,500$249 (Scale-up)$399$449 (Scale)$694 (Scale)$499 (Growth)$650 (Advanced)
15,000Quoted$699$749 (Scale)$1,140 (Plus)$749 (Growth)$1,250 (Premium)

TrackBee prices on tracked revenue, so its column assumes a $60 average order: 500 orders is $30K, which is Start's $79 plus $30 of overage. Littledata at 7,500 orders is Scale's $199, plus $225 for orders 1,501 to 3,000 and $270 for the rest; at 15,000 orders Plus is cheaper. Elevar needs Advanced for three destinations; Core at $225 covers two. Stape prices by requests, so it's left out of the table.

The pattern is plain: WeTracked is the cheapest paid option at every volume it publishes. The question for most stores is what the extra cost buys elsewhere: identity, GA4, Klaviyo depth or a data layer.

When to stay on WeTracked

WeTracked is still the right tool if:

  • Price per order decides it. Nothing on this list matches $149 for 3,000 orders or $249 for 7,500.
  • You run several stores. Up to 10 stores on one Scale-up subscription is hard to beat.
  • You sell on WooCommerce or a checkout like Sticky.io, Checkify or UnifyCheckout that most Shopify apps don't support.
  • You advertise on Reddit, X or Taboola alongside Meta and Google, and you want all of them on one plan.

If that's you, check that you're on the right plan for your order count and consider annual billing, which takes 20% off.

How to switch from WeTracked

  1. List what WeTracked sends today. Note each ad platform, the pixels connected per store and any order filters, so you can confirm the new tool sends the same.
  2. Check your billing date first. WeTracked's terms say a cancelled subscription ends at the end of the billing period and you pay for that final period, including any overage. Time the switch to it.
  3. Run the new tool in test mode. Check its events in each platform's test tools, such as Test Events in Meta Events Manager, before connecting it to your live pixel.
  4. Move one platform at a time. Meta deduplicates a browser event and a server event only when both carry the same event name and event ID. Two tools sending the same purchase server-side are counted twice. Connect the new tool's Meta destination and turn off WeTracked's in the same session, then repeat for Google, TikTok and the rest.
  5. Check Shopify's own Meta channel. If it's set to Enhanced or Maximum data sharing, it also sends purchases through the Conversions API, so decide which tool owns server-side purchases.
  6. Remove WeTracked's connector. Uninstall the wetracked.io Connect app in Shopify, turn off its Visitor Tracking app embed, and cancel from the Billing page in WeTracked's dashboard.

Our guide to Meta event duplication on Shopify lists the checks.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best alternative to WeTracked?

It depends on why you're leaving. For identity built on first-party data rather than a fingerprint, Upstack Signal. For the closest app-for-app swap with GA4 and a 30-day trial, TrackBee. For GA4 with no GTM, Littledata. If you only advertise on Meta and Google, start with Shopify's free apps.

Is there a cheaper alternative to WeTracked?

Not among paid apps at the volumes WeTracked publishes. At 500 orders, WeTracked is $49 a month; the next cheapest here is TrackBee at about $109 for a $60 average order. Shopify's free Meta and Google apps cost nothing but cover only those two platforms. Stape's hosting starts at $20 a month, plus the cost of building your tags.

What are WeTracked's main competitors?

Server-side tracking apps for Shopify: TrackBee, Littledata, Elevar, Aimerce and Upstack Signal. For teams that run their own Google Tag Manager, Stape. For stores that want analytics and attribution in the same tool, Triple Whale, which we compare in WeTracked vs Triple Whale.

Does WeTracked use fingerprinting?

Yes, by its own description. Its features page says its 360° Data Enrichment Engine "builds a cookie-proof digital fingerprint," and its pricing FAQ says the fingerprint is GDPR compliant. Upstack, Littledata and Elevar recognize returning visitors from first-party data instead.

Does WeTracked work with GA4?

Its integrations page doesn't list GA4. If you want GA4 fed server-side, TrackBee, Littledata and Elevar all list it.

Which WeTracked alternatives work with WooCommerce?

Upstack Signal lists WooCommerce as a source. TrackBee is built for Shopify and doesn't list WooCommerce, and Littledata, Aimerce and Elevar sell Shopify apps, so check with each before moving a WooCommerce store.
