The best Aimerce alternative depends on what you want Aimerce to fix. For identity that goes beyond a longer-lived cookie, Upstack Signal resolves visitors against an identity graph and is $149 a month for up to 1,000 orders. For a Shopify data layer with a one-year returning-visitor cookie, Elevar does the same Klaviyo job from its Advanced plan. Littledata is the per-order swap with no Google Tag Manager, and WeTracked is the cheapest paid app for small stores.
We checked every price, plan, trial and feature claim for these Aimerce alternatives on each vendor's own site or Shopify App Store listing on October 24, 2026. Upstack Signal is our product and sits first, with its limitations listed as plainly as everyone else's. Aimerce is a good product with excellent reviews, so this guide also says when to stay.

What Aimerce does, and what it costs
Aimerce sells two things. The first is its tracking app, listed on the Shopify App Store as "Aimerce First-Party Pixel": server-side tracking built around what Aimerce calls its Durable ID, a first-party pixel that it says "captures and enriches all Shopify visitors' data for up to 1 year, beyond Safari's 7-day limit," per its how it works page. The second is Aima, an AI analyst agent that runs in Slack and is sold in credit packs.
The pitch is aimed squarely at Klaviyo. Aimerce argues that since Apple's April 2023 changes, Klaviyo only receives cart and checkout signals from shoppers it has identified within the past 7 days, so abandonment flows miss most abandoners. A longer-lived first-party ID keeps more of those shoppers identifiable, and its "Klaviyo Revenue Amplifier" sends the extra events into your flows. It also offers a Meta Conversions API enhancer, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, express-checkout click ID relinking and health and wellness custom events.

Annual billing saves 20% and, per the page, has no per-order charges; the app quotes your exact annual price from your order volume. There's a 30-day free trial of the Aimerce Pixel and what Aimerce calls a money-back guarantee: "Aimerce pays for itself or you don't pay anything." Our Aimerce pricing guide covers the add-ons and worked costs, and our Aimerce review covers how it works and what merchants say.
Why do people look for Aimerce alternatives?
Aimerce holds 5.0 stars from 94 Shopify App Store reviews, with none below four stars when we checked, so this isn't a list of complaints about its support or data. The reasons that come up are structural:
The entry price. Essential is $299 a month whether you process 100 orders or 1,000. For a small store, that's a lot to pay before the Klaviyo lift shows up.
Essential's allowance runs out fast. At 3,000 orders, Essential plus overage is $499, the same as Growth. Custom events are a $49-a-month add-on on Essential and included on Growth.
A longer cookie isn't identity resolution. Durable ID extends a first-party ID on the shopper's browser. Aimerce says it also stitches cross-device visitors, but it publishes no identity graph, so a shopper who clears storage or switches device with no login has little to fall back on.
Wanting a data layer. Teams that build their own tags want a documented Shopify data layer underneath, which is Elevar's and Littledata's territory.
Its revenue numbers are its own. The Klaviyo and ROAS lifts on Aimerce's site come from its own case studies. They may well be right for those stores; run a parallel test on yours before you rely on them.
How we compared these tools
Each tool was checked on the same questions: what you pay for and the lowest published price; whether you maintain a Google Tag Manager container; whether it sends to Klaviyo and other email and SMS tools; how it recognizes a returning visitor and for how long; whether you can try it first, and on what terms; and who should skip it. Everything comes from vendor pricing pages, product pages, help docs and Shopify App Store listings, checked on October 23 and 24, 2026. We left out third-party review-site ratings we didn't check.
Aimerce alternatives that install as Shopify apps
These four are per-order Shopify apps, the closest like-for-like swaps.

1. Upstack Signal: identity resolution, not a longer cookie
Upstack is our product, so read this section knowing that.
Our take. Signal does Aimerce's core job, sending complete server-side events to Meta, Google, TikTok and Klaviyo, without a GTM container. The difference is what happens before an event leaves: each visitor is resolved against our identity graph of 750M+ devices and 150M+ customers using deterministic and probabilistic matching, so a returning shopper on a new device or browser can still be recognized. Billed monthly, it costs less than Aimerce at every published volume, but it has no AI agent and no Klaviyo flow builder.
Skip it if you want Aimerce's Slack agent and Klaviyo tooling more than deeper identity. Our Upstack vs Aimerce comparison covers the trade-off row by row.
How it works, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Shopify and DTC brands whose Klaviyo flows and Meta retargeting lose returning visitors, and who want identity that survives a device switch.
How it works
Upstack Signal collects events first-party and sends them server-side, with no GTM containers. An Upstack ID persists for the life of the customer. Destinations include Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, Omnisend and Sendlane. Setup takes under 20 minutes. We target an Event Match Quality of 7.5+; that's our own figure, not an independent audit.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per order and month to month: $149 a month to 1,000 orders, $249 to 3,000, $399 to 10,000, $699 to 15,000, $1,199 to 30,000 and $1,599 to 50,000, then quoted. 21-day free trial with no credit card, and a 60-day 4x ROI guarantee. Every band is on our pricing page.
Strengths
Identity resolution included, every supported destination on every band, and a lower price than Aimerce at 1,000, 3,000, 10,000 and 30,000 orders.
Limitations
No AI agent, no Klaviyo flow or popup tools, and no data layer for building your own tags. Our trial is 21 days to Aimerce's 30. Published bands stop at 50,000 orders.
2. Elevar: a Shopify data layer with a one-year returning-visitor cookie
Our take. Elevar, now sold under the Audiense brand, is the closest match to Aimerce's identity approach. Its Session Enrichment sets a one-year server-set cookie to recognize returning visitors, the same timeframe as Durable ID, and it feeds Klaviyo. The catch is destinations: Base and Core send only to advertising and analytics tools, so Klaviyo needs Advanced at $650 a month.
Skip it if klaviyo is your main destination and you're under 10,000 orders; Advanced costs more than Aimerce Growth. See our Elevar pricing guide and Upstack vs Elevar.
How it works, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Teams that want a documented Shopify data layer, with Klaviyo and several ad platforms fed from it.
How it works
Elevar's data layer captures store events and feeds Shopify's Web Pixel and server-side tracking, through Google Tag Manager or a GTM-less setup. Session Enrichment uses a one-year server-set cookie to identify returning users.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per the Audiense Online pricing page, Base is free to 100 orders, Core $225 a month for 2,000 orders, Advanced $650 for 10,000, Premium $1,250 for 30,000, and Elite from $3,000 for 75,000. Base and Core allow 2 advertising or analytics destinations; email and SMS destinations start on Advanced, and extra destinations are $125 a month each from Advanced up. Paid plans have a 15-day trial.
Strengths
A mature data layer, many destinations on the top plans, and 4.8 stars from 170 App Store reviews.
Limitations
Klaviyo costs at least $650 a month. Expert installation is a $1,000 one-off. No attribution reporting.
Our take. Littledata is a no-GTM Shopify app priced per order, with all 9 of its destinations, including Klaviyo, on every plan. Its Persistent ID, which keeps a visitor recognized for up to a year on the same device, starts on the $199 Scale plan, so the Aimerce-like feature costs less than Essential.
Shopify brands that want server-side tracking for GA4, Meta and Klaviyo without GTM, at a lower entry price.
How it works
Server-side tracking set up without GTM or developers, per its Shopify App Store listing, with an Event Editor and Profit Signal. Scale adds Session Enrichment with Persistent ID, a Segment destination, and headless support.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per its App Store listing, Flex is $0.35 per order with no minimum. Scale is $199 a month with 1,500 orders included, then $0.15 an order to 3,000 and $0.06 above. Plus is $990 a month for 10,000 orders, then $0.03 an order. Every plan has a 30-day trial, and annual billing on its plans page is 20% off.
Strengths
GA4 as a destination, no GTM, all destinations on every plan, and 4.8 stars from 147 reviews.
Limitations
Persistent ID works on the same device, so it's also a longer-lived ID rather than a cross-device graph. Flex gets expensive above about 570 orders a month.
4. WeTracked: low-cost tracking for small and multi-store sellers
Our take. WeTracked is the cheapest paid app here: $49 a month for 500 orders across up to 3 stores. It's built for ad platforms rather than Klaviyo, and the published plans stop at 7,500 orders a month.
Small and multi-store Shopify sellers running Meta, Google and TikTok ads.
How it works
Per its features page, WeTracked builds what it calls a cookie-proof digital fingerprint, stitches sessions server-side and lets you filter which orders each ad platform sees. Its integrations page lists Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, Taboola Realize, TikTok and X, plus Klaviyo.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per its pricing page, billed monthly: Starter $49 for 500 orders and 3 stores, Business $149 for 3,000 orders and 5 stores, Scale-up $249 for 7,500 orders and 10 stores, and Enterprise custom above that. Annual billing saves 20%. 14-day trial, and a 60-day money-back guarantee if ROAS doesn't rise 20%.
Strengths
The lowest paid entry price and several stores on every plan.
Limitations
Its Klaviyo integration is free to activate, per its Klaviyo page, but the product centres on ad platforms. Published prices stop at 7,500 orders, with Enterprise quoted above that, and the fingerprinting method needs checking against your consent setup.
These two aren't drop-in Shopify apps. They suit larger brands or teams with technical skills.

5. Blotout: first-party infrastructure on your own domain
Our take. Blotout's EdgeTag collects first-party data on your own domain and keeps one persistent identity across sessions and devices, with SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and single-tenant hosting. Pricing is by events, which is harder to predict than per-order pricing, and setup needs DNS records.
Larger brands, and health brands, that need compliance credentials or many channels.
How it works
Per the EdgeTag product page, it collects events on your domain and sends them server-side to 55+ integrations, including Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4 and TikTok. It runs managed or self-hosted.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per its pricing page, Starter is $60 a month billed monthly for 100,000 events. Growth is $400 a month and Professional $800, both annual commitments invoiced monthly, with a 30-day trial and an opt-out in the first 60 days.
Strengths
Compliance, single-tenant hosting and breadth of integrations.
Limitations
Event-based pricing, annual terms on the plans with onboarding help, and DNS work at setup.
6. Stape: server-side GTM hosting, priced by requests
Our take. Stape hosts server-side Google Tag Manager containers, and you or an agency build the tags. If you have that skill in-house, it's the cheapest way to run server-side tracking at volume. It does nothing for Klaviyo identity on its own.
Teams with GTM skills that want server-side tracking on infrastructure they control.
How it works
You run a server GTM container on Stape's hosting and send events from it to your destinations. Pricing is based on requests to the container, not orders.
Pricing (October 2026)
Per its pricing page, the Free plan covers 10,000 requests a month. Pro is $20 a month billed monthly, or $17 billed annually, for 500,000 requests. Business is $100 ($83 annually) for 5M requests and Enterprise $200 ($167) for 20M.
Strengths
The lowest running cost at volume and a free plan to test with.
Limitations
You build and maintain the tags, and requests aren't orders, so the bill takes some estimating.
7. Shopify's Meta and Google apps: the free starting point
Our take. Before paying for anything, check what Shopify's own channels already do. The Facebook & Instagram channel is free on all Shopify plans, and at its Enhanced or Maximum data-sharing level it sends purchases to Meta through the Conversions API. The Google & YouTube app connects Google Ads for conversion measurement. Neither does anything for Klaviyo.
Skip it if klaviyo flows or more than two ad platforms matter to you.
How it works, pricing, strengths and limitations
Best for
Stores that advertise only on Meta and Google and don't rely on Klaviyo abandonment flows.
How it works
In the Facebook & Instagram channel you choose a customer data-sharing level; Enhanced and Maximum add the Conversions API for the purchase event, per Shopify's guide to Meta data sharing.
Aimerce's biggest promise is more abandonment emails sent. Every tool above helps by keeping your own visitors identifiable for longer. A different approach identifies visitors you've never collected an email from, using third-party data, and adds them to Klaviyo. That's a separate category with its own consent questions; our guide to Retention.com alternatives compares those tools, including Upstack Audience.

Littledata at 1,000 orders uses Scale, since Flex would be $350 and Persistent ID starts on Scale. Elevar without Klaviyo would be cheaper: Core is $225 for up to 2,000 orders. Blotout and Stape don't price by orders, so they're left out of the table.

When to stay on Aimerce
Aimerce is still a good fit if:
Klaviyo is central to your revenue and its flow and popup tools are part of how you work.
You want the Aima agent in Slack for reports and audits.
You value hands-on support; reviewers repeatedly name the team and the founder as responsive.
You're between 3,000 and 10,000 orders a month, where Growth at $499 covers you with custom events, headless support and attribution reporting included.
If that's you, the price isn't a reason to move on its own. Check that you're on Growth rather than paying Essential overage, and stay.
How to switch from Aimerce
List what Aimerce sends today. Note each destination, the events it sends and any custom events, so you can confirm the new tool sends the same.
Run both for a short test. Install the new tool and check its events in each platform's test tools, such as Test Events in Meta Events Manager, before connecting it to your live pixel.
Move one destination at a time. Meta deduplicates a browser event and a server event only when both carry the same event name and event ID. Two tools sending the same purchase server-side are counted twice. Connect the new tool's Meta destination and turn off Aimerce's in the same session, then repeat for Google and Klaviyo.
Watch your Klaviyo flows. Compare abandonment flow entries for two weeks before and after. That's the number Aimerce was bought to move.
Check Shopify's own Meta channel. If it's set to Enhanced or Maximum data sharing, it also sends purchases through the Conversions API, so decide which tool owns server-side purchases.
Uninstall Aimerce. Remove the app and check Settings > Customer events in Shopify for any leftover custom pixel. Its refund policy says there are no refunds for partial months, so time the cancellation to your billing date.
It depends on why you're leaving. For identity that survives a device switch, Upstack Signal. For a Shopify data layer with a one-year returning-visitor cookie, Elevar. For the lowest per-order price with no GTM, Littledata, and for the cheapest paid app, WeTracked. If you only advertise on Meta and Google, start with Shopify's free apps.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Aimerce?
Yes, at every volume we checked. At 1,000 orders, Aimerce Essential is $299 a month. Upstack Signal is $149, WeTracked Business $149 and Littledata Scale $199. At 10,000 orders, Aimerce Growth is $499 and Upstack Signal is $399. Check what each includes for Klaviyo.
What are Aimerce's main competitors?
Server-side tracking apps for Shopify: Elevar, Littledata, WeTracked and Upstack Signal. For larger brands, Blotout. For teams that run their own Google Tag Manager, Stape hosting.
Does Aimerce do identity resolution?
Aimerce's Durable ID is a first-party ID that it says tracks visitors for up to a year, with visitor stitching and cross-device tracking. It doesn't publish an identity graph. Upstack resolves visitors against a graph of 750M+ devices and 150M+ customers, which is the main difference between the two.
Does Aimerce have a free trial?
Yes. Its pricing page offers a 30-day free trial of the Aimerce Pixel, with a money-back guarantee described as "Aimerce pays for itself or you don't pay anything." The terms of that guarantee aren't published in detail.
Which Aimerce alternatives work with Klaviyo?
Upstack Signal, Elevar from its Advanced plan, Littledata on every plan and Blotout all list Klaviyo as a destination. WeTracked lists a Klaviyo integration that is free to activate, and Stape reaches Klaviyo only if you build the tag.
