How Gorgias works.

Gorgias unifies email, chat, social and SMS into one ticket queue, and enriches each ticket with commerce context pulled from the store — recent orders, fulfilment status, lifetime value. Rules and macros act on that context to route, tag and auto-respond. The agent’s view of a customer is assembled by matching the contact details on the ticket against customer records; when those records are fragmented, so is the view.
